“The pizza is good, but they are very light on the toppings. I ordered the Northwestern on a number of occasions and the only thing that is in abundance is the arugula and balsamic dressing. The pears, prosciutto, and cheese is very light. For a large pizza they probably used only one or two pieces of prosciutto and maybe a quarter of pear. For that I can only give a three.”

“Man, when Cascadia’s good, it is good! We keep coming back for the style of the pizza, quality of ingredients, and artisanal variations on a classic.

We’ve had several quality issues over the dozen or so visits, mainly with the expansion to the brick and mortar. This last time, our pizzas were great but the wings were subpar and we tried a dessert pizza that completely underdelivered. It was missing ingredients from the menu and an add-on was also left off. For the price point (comparatively for pizza), my expectations on consistency are higher. Knocking off stars for not knowing whether we’ll get the Cascadia we fell in love with or the crapshoot Cascadia that we sometimes get.”
