Monte Cristo is amazing and its a huge sandwich and DELICIOUS!!! The mac and cheese is also incredible super creamy and yummy They also have gluten free options which is awesome considering i have family with celiac 🙂
Our family has both vegetarians and celiacs – this food truck is for us! So delicious and so many good dietary options. The gluten free monte cristo was so good!
OMG, this place superceded all expectations. We had the Monte Cristo & Rueben with a Tude and boy were they incredible! If you are looking for a delicious artesian sammy, this is THE place. We’ll be back for more. Congrats on your grand opening, you will be a huge success with the quality of food you are serving.
My sandwich was delicious full of flavor
Saw the truck opened up recently, and went it with wife. Got the Dictator with extra pickles on the side. What a good sandwich, great meaty savory taste that satisfies. The bread seems like a sourdough, which they grill, but it isn’t overly greasy/buttery.
The make their own pickles, and they are eye wateringly strong. Love it.
Ask for extra sauce on the Dictator, gives it that good mouthfeel.
You have to try them. Absolutely delicious
We had the Monte Cristo and The Dictator. Both were sooooo good. I’m excited to try more on the menu.
These guys are great! Nice and friendly and cook killer sandwiches. The Mac is killer too. Id recommend stirring it up if you got a drive back home. Recommend this spot anytime. Would love to see if theres any new sandwiches they could ad to the menu.

Their vegetarian sandwiches are the best in south King County. You will NOT be disappointed.
If you want amazing sandwiches made by awesome people, try this place. Especially if you are looking for veggie options – so many choices, all good, and enough flavor that even if you leave the cheese off it’s still an outstanding sandwhich. And gluten free bread & everyone is allergy conscious & the kitchen is set up to make the gluten free sandwiches safely.
