Between the owner and best manager of the 24 Taps , they kill it on all levels. Customer service , food prep , service staff are all awesome af !! This place makes you feel like your in your best friends kitchen ! Always , always a great experience. Expect a crowd or waiting to have a seat , they are that awesome!

Our office staff try to go out to eat at a new place every month. We tried this today and it was amazing. I been wanting to eat here for a long time and now that I have I was absolutely not disappointed. The staff was wonderful and the food was even better
Super Fun place! We watched the NFL playoffs there and what a hoot. Good food and even with all the people there (almost max capacity) we had fast service & cold steady drinks! Good job guy’s! Definity Headed back soon!
One of the best gourmet burger restaurants!
Decided to try a new burger place tonight. So me and my wife decided to go downtown to this place. As we are walking up we see they are busy so we go in with high hopes. They were quickly extinguished. Around 15 minutes in we finally got a drink order in as well as our food order….Nothing too outrageous just a couple of classic bacon cheese burgers. Around 30 minutes later we catch the waitress and ask how long it will be until our food was ready. She went back, checked, then came back with an n explanation of how they were short staffed but never told us how long it would be. 30 minutes later we ask again and once again she goes back to check. She comes back and says it will be ready in 4 minutes. 20 minutes later when we see her bringing food to a table next to us with a large party, that was seated after us. We’ve had enough and decide to pay for my beer and her soda. ….$12 bucks for a beer and soda. And no food in sight. No sorry about your experience. No how can we make this up to you. Will not be going back to there again.
We came in on Sunday afternoon, only a few tables full. When ordering we even said we were heading to The Bing for a show soon. After 45 min our orders had still not arrived (nachos, potato skins x2) so we had to find the staff and have them make it to go. Most had to leave while a couple stayed back to get food and pay. And that took another 20 min!!!! We will never be back or recommend it.
Great burgers and atmosphere!
24 Taps Burgers & Brews in Spokane provides an a exciting atmosphere for eating, drinking and getting together with friends & family. I went in on a Monday night and the place was packed. The menu is diverse and great quality, the specialty cocktails are great and the HD TVs surrounding the entire place are a nice touch.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! Worst service I have ever had in my life. We waited 2 hours for 2 meals and an appetizer. The manager and owner were defensive and had nothing to say. We had to pay and didn’t even eat. We left without eating. Please do not bother spending your money here. It’s not worth a penny !

Amazing quick service , beer is ice cold refreshing, Capt n Coke w/ lime was an excellent tasty pour !! Pretzel / Potato’s skin appys were spot on delicious only to lead us into the Taco Amazing salad and fresh crispy Cobb Salad . Wrecked our appetite and smooth on the TAB !!! Coming back again a and again. Joel is awesome , amazing !!!
Had the roadhouse burger…wow expectations exceeded. Tasty
Food was passable but not very good. I didn’t finish it even though I was starving. It came out quickly and hot. Service was solid and attentive. Great amount of TV’s, beer and it was clean. But I wouldn’t eat here again.
Had a burger the Seahawk. It was good.
Great service from a friendly staff and the food was great too. Watched NHL playoffs, mariners baseball and the NBA conference finals without having to turn my head. Great tv selection and positioning.

Large servings of excellent food! Great huge pretzel with beer cheese dip, onion rings, fries, and variety of hamburgers were all enjoyed by us. We each had to taste the other’s food. Fun sports var.

Delicious. Food came out quickly, waitress was amazingly friendly and efficient. This is definitely going to be visited again next time we’re in town. Except next time I’m getting the ginormous cookie dessert before leaving.
Stopped in while at Hoopfest. It was crazy busy and they still were smiling, friendly, and helpful. We will be back!
Nothing special. Just had the potato skins and a brew. The skins were mostly cooked.
Service and beer were great. Food sucked. I had the pulled pork. The pork had an overwhelmingly smoky taste, and I couldn’t get past that.

This place is super energetic whenever there’s a large sports event. Sundays during NFL season are packed, which makes watching the games a lot of fun. The tap selection is also pretty good. Wouldn’t say this place is very clean, nor consistent. The burgers can be good or they can quite literally be so sloppy that you need a fork. I’ll go here whenever a friend suggests we meet up here, but I will personally never suggest meeting up here and would rather go somewhere else.

Good food and good service. The bar tender was very friendly and attentive. The food had good flavor and there was definitely plenty. Good beer selection on tap and full bar. Great place to catch sports on TV and socialize.

Ordered the Black and Blue burger with tots. Yum!! The mushrooms on the burger were so good! The burger was amazing. The tartar sauce was one of the best I’ve had! The service when I went to pick it up was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go again.
Ordered nachos for delivery had no lettuce no cheese five little pieces of tomatoes and tablespoon of meat came in two containers so basically got containers full of chips.. also ordered a taco salad started it comes in a tortilla bowl it arrived on a bed of chips with some lettuce thrown on them few little tomatoes pieces a tablespoon of cheese and small spoon of meat..my money should be refunded.. they charge seventeen dollars for these not worth five.refund please..

We place an order with Crystal, that’s where it all went bad. I waited 30 minutes and decided to go in and ask for my drink and she said I have to grab it for you and then started arguing with me about How long it was taking. She then told me if I don’t like it I can leave very rudely. At that point I paid and just left my drink there. We are in town from Arizona and really disappointed in the way we were treated. I don’t know anyone that would want to wait 30 min for a drink.
This place is great for game day! Plenty of drink options, great food, and tons of TVs.

Had a above average burger that was so filling that I skipped dinner. Sat out on the patio in great weather. The red ale went perfect with the burger.

Burger and tots done right, and by right I mean the Burger (mushroom swiss) was so good and tots…not over cooked but just right with a light taste.
24 Taps is awesome for sports viewing! I came here for a recent 49ers game and the place had awesome energy, the food was excellent (the poutine burger is great) and even though the place was packed my server Joel was fast and attentive. This is an awesome place for great burgers and local beer.
The burgers were some of the best we have had, fries were perfect, and the potato skins were amazing! Even better then the food though was the service! Amazing place and will definitely go again!
My kids liked the food and my burger and fries were bomb,but the service needs improvement. The Poutine burger was great too! We’ll be back for sure
Ribeye steak was absolutely amazing. Didn’t particularly care for the lighting, very dark inside.
Just dropped in here unplanned, mid-afternoon. Had a couple of beers and a patty melt. Can’t credit them with the beer but the patty melt was well above average for downtown Spokane. Service was excellent so we will stop again.
The food is overpriced and the bar tender was jacked up on steroids and unwilling to correct the misinformation that he interpreted during our order… I will never return!

Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for a year and always recommend it to friends or anyone who asks for good burgers and beer. Gonna see if they’ll let us rent out part of the restaurant for reception lmaoo
