Food was so great and the wait time was fairly short.

Hands down the best Torta! My husband and I went to Ambakity and the food was amazing. The torta was superb! By far the best torta I have ever had! When I first saw it, I knew it was going to be as delicious as it looked! Will definitely be coming back for more.

That food was BUSSIN ! The carnitas tacos were flavorful and the chicken quesadilla was one of the best I’ve seen and I definitely recommend this truck !
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Was cooked well the bean and rice were great and all the tacos were very good. No complaints. I have been out of the country for a few years and craving Mexican food while around. Lived up to what I wanted for sure!!!!!

I happened to be walking through Auburn when I came across this taco truck at random. After walking up to it fully intending just to see what they had, I was surprised to find a menu of, amongst other selections seven tacos varieties with different garnishing depending on the meat offered. At $3 a piece I had to try a few, and what followed can only be described as a taste Renaissance in my mouth.
I can’t remember a time when I took a risk on a restaurant and was so pleasantly rewarded. The citrus that accompanied my pollo taco was additive yet not overwhelming. Same can be said for my carnitas taco, which seemed to carry a slight braise with an almost caramel-like undertone. Finally, my asada taco was both flavorful and not dry, a bastion of flavor in a market where tacos seem to be chasing an at-cost model.
I will be recommending this place to all of my friends in the area with complete certainty that they will not regret taking me up on the adventure. So now here I am also passing that recommendation on to you, stranger. Stop by and give them a try, because I can tell you that after my first bite I knew this place was woefully empty of customers given the quality of their food.

I got a fish taco and the carne asada burrito w/ a horchata. Best carne asada I’ve been able to find in WA and a close second in horchata. The fish taco was fresh and delicious with a sweet spice. This is definitely going to be my new regular spot. Great portion sizes for the price.

The language and the al pastor are delicious here, and their salsas are top notch. I recommend the tortas/tacos/burritos. Glad they are in Auburn.

This is the best food truck yet. I am spoiled and can’t go back. I love their flavors and fresh ingredients. Must try. You will not be disappointed.
Didn’t have any expectations but was very happy about how flavorful everything turned out. Ordered the taco plate plus a shrimp taco. These tacos weren’t shy of seasoning or spice! Taco plate came with rice and beans, both were cooked perfectly, not a single dried up rice or bean in sight. I’m coming back here again to try some other items.

RING THE ALARM!!!!!! and y’all know when I say that I mean it! This place has food that is packed with allllll the deliciousness and flavor you can imagine! I was transported somewhere else! I ordered an asada burrito bowl and my mouth came alive!!!! Please go try this cute little spot out! Well worth it!
