    Came in on a busy Sunday night. A bit of confusion with husband and I on the reservation but they accommodated three of us with kindness. Amanda seated us and was our server. She was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. I had the chicken parm and husband had the ribeye, both of which were on special menu. MIL ordered scalloppine di vitello al limone off the menu. All three were delicious and came out piping hot with great portions along with sides of the best pasta I’ve ever had the pleasure of gorging myself on. The chicken parm will be in my dreams for the foreseeable future. Thank you, Amanda and the person responsible for my chicken parm dreams. We will be back.

    Let’s start with the service. My wife and I have been wanting to check this place out. We had a Sunday where we were going in opposite directions, but both revolving all around Lacey/Olympia. At dinner time, I thought she had made a reservation for us here. I showed up with my 79 year-old mother thinking we had reservations. My wife thought I was going to make the reservations. We were both mistaken.
    Even though they were full with reservations, people were waiting outside (in unusually frigid temperatures). The server named Amanda found a way to squeeze us into a table. She went above and beyond!
    She was also our server, and she was punctual, accurate, efficient, and friendly.
    The food is “off the chain”.
    I don’t think you can go wrong with the regular menu, and they have a changing special menu full of things that will be your next favorite meal.
    In short, get yourself to this place as often as you can.
    Make reservations.
    I’ll see you there.

    The most fantastic restaurant in Washington State. Every dish is cooked to perfection. Chef Ricardo is a master at his craft! Phenomenal service, beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and an attentive staff. I recommend to everyone!

    Dined in for the first time tonight. We had to wait 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated, but once we had a table, everything was great. The truffle gnocchi was delicious and the arugula salad with pear and gorgonzola was very good, too. We will be back.

    My wife and I came here for the first time this evening and wow, this place is phenomenal! We had a reservation, glad we did because the place is packed – but quality and service were still exceptional.

    Tried an appetizer, wine, some pastas and desserts – the best Tiramisu I’ve ever had in my life. We can’t waIt to come back and try more dishes. Cheers.

    We really slept on this restaurant, it is truly something special tucked away in Lacey. The food tasted home-cooked, fresh, and high quality. You can see the chef focused on ensuring each dish is cooked to perfection. The servers were always there when we needed them, and the pacing of our food was perfect. Our pasta dishes were delicious, and we wish we ordered more canolis because those were delectable. 10/10 experience.

    We found Bacco’s last year while in the area for work, and fell in love. The gnocchi with short rib is seriously one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. We were visiting a little bit north of here again for work this week, and just had to make the drive out for Bacco’s again. Definitely need a reservation, but it’s so worth it to plan ahead. The food and atmosphere is amazing.

    What a charming small Italian restaurant!! The food is made fresh here, the portions are large and I really liked the hosts we had! My husband and I had a chuckle that the Christmas decorations are still up but it brings a smile to the experience! I will be back!

    We had never been here before and were so pleasantly surprised! It was our anniversary, and we were looking for something special and different and boy did they deliver! The food was spectacular. Our service was great. We have no complaints, only kudos to the great chef and staff. We will come back again.

    The best Italian food in WA hands down. I need to try everything on the menu (almost complete) and I will eventually. I get excited coming to this place and I am regular. If you have a chance to speak with the chef, he is super friendly and gear his story. I will always go here for anything Italian, no other place can even hold a candle to this Italian Gastronomy. I feel like I can drink the olive oil and the bread alone is worth waiting.

    Top-notch Italian Experience! You can taste the quality of the food and the preparation of it in every bite. We ordered two of the specials on the chalk board that the waitperson takes the time to share before ordering.

    We ordered the Rib Steak with potatoes and grilled veggies, and the GF pasta dinner with lobster and prawns. Both were prepared perfectly…I enjoyed the pasta most, as it was a lighter meal. And we enjoyed the flourless chocolate torte for dessert.

    This is a special place that we will visit on special occasions, but we will definitely be back!

    Generally good meal spoiled by a few things. Entrees were great. Sides were meh. Roasted veg was clearly scratch made, but arrived cold. The kitchen misinterpreted our waitresses ticket and misfired an entree. Later we learned that she had to pay for it. Is this standard? Seems like mean spirited management to me.

    Tucked in a small, low end strip mall in nothing area is a true gem. We were taken here by friends who swore it was amazing, and they were right. The owner turns out to be from Italy, goes back often for ‘supplies’, and it shows in what he is able to create. We have been back often and can recommend the lasagna, the wild boar pasta, and lamb chops for sure. It’s a small place, you will need reservations, but worth a visit.

    Delicious, authentic Italian food! Great service, good atmosphere, good pricing! We got a appetizer, 2 entres, a soda and 2 desserts for $100- an excellent price for fine cuisine. Next time I’ll have to have some wine!

    The service was horrible! It took forever to get our water, 45 minutes to get our appetizer, and 30 minutes after our appetizer to get our meal. My Chicken, vegetables and potatoes were hard and dry. The atmosphere was crowded due to a small area and so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We spent $150.00 and it was in no way worth it. Will never go back.

    This romantic hideaway has an exquisite menu. Delicious homemade Pastas and desserts. The diversity in the menu is really impressive. There’s something for everyone. This Hideaway in Lacey is perfect for special occasions, romantic dinners or just to pick up an amazing home, cooked meal. You’re in for a treat!

    It was my birthday surprise dinner 😮
    One friend ordered lobster ravioli, another Fruit of the Sea. Their presentation was perfect! Another had Gnocchi Sorrentina, while I had Gnocchi with fondue and truffle paste. The Gnocchi were like mouthfuls of cloud, melting in your mouth. Since it was my birthday our dessert was fresh made cannoli.

    It was delicious 😋 and I can’t wait to get back!!!
