Our experience was not great. My wife and I paid about $24 for a bowl of soup and a panini meal. My panini was soft, not crispy or crunchy. The amount of roast beef seemed meager for the price. Also, when I think of broccoli cheddar soup, I want something rich, thick, and creamy. This soup tasted processed and watered down. I wouldn’t recommend Big Town Hero, and I probably won’t be back. No idea why it has 4 1/2 stars on Google. I would rate it two stars. And that’s generous!
Loved the sandwich. I think these guys are much better than the competition. The onion bread is simply outstanding .
This is my new favorite lunch spot. I think I have ordered from them over 10 times in the past 2 weeks. They have some of the most amazing bread you will ever have from a sandwich shop. I asked where they source their bread from and I found out that they bake it fresh every day. The paninis and the hot subs are amazing. I can’t say much for the cold subs because I’ve only got one once and it was okay.
The heat definitely brings out more flavor and goodness in their sandwiches though. So go with the panini or hot sub. They were also recently robbed so they deserve a little love from the community if you’re in the area.
Good place to catch a quick bite. The quality of the ingredients made my food taste delicious, menu is large variety I’ll be coming back here again ✌🏽
The food is good. The customer service is constantly lacking. Either the employee is rude or doesn’t engage/acts like they’re annoyed you’re there. I’ve ordered online and arrived after it was supposed to ready, and still had to wait 15 minutes.
Ordered a French Dip Sandwich. Worst I ever had in my life. Entire Sandwich was completely soggy and greasy with butter or margarine. It was like the entire sandwich had been dunked in melted butter. Really gross. I could not even finish it. Ended up giving the rest of my sandwich to my dog. I wanted to contact store to replace it, but I ordered food just before that restaurant closed. I’ve eaten at this restaurant a couple times before when I ordered Club Sandwich and a Super Club Sandwich and they were excellent. But the French Dip sandwich was horrible.
Friendly staff but not a good sandwich.
Tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago and I’ve been back multiple times since. They have amazing paninis. Quality ingredients for all their menu items.
Awesome local owner to an incredible sandwich franchise! The fresh bread made hourly, the sliced meats and cheese.. it’s all so good and the staff is so friendly and willing to help accommodate whether its a simple question or a last minute large order. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone near or far.
