The bagel with eggs Benedict is so delicious. They get the hollandaise sauce just right. It’s creamy and has the right consistency.
Our favorite bagel spot! We try to recreate them at home and just can’t haha
Excellent bagels! It was nice to be able to order ahead.
Great little place I found by listening to a gal who works there, Ashley! pleasantly surprised great food great service had an amazing time!
I’m hooked on this place. I could literally eat here every day if it was possible. You can come in and enjoy the cozy morning atmosphere with a mimosa or coffee. I’ve tried both. Tasty desserts are dangerously good. I highly recommend and pricing is fair
My daughter had me meet her here returning to Kitsap County from wine tasting Prosser. The Prime Rib Bagel was icing on the cake for a great weekend This is well worth the small detour off of 18. I’ll be back, plus great coffee and service, super kleen . . . .need I say more?
Tasty breakfast bagels. Great selection of bagels
Great variety of fresh bagels and spreads. We also got the lemon bar and it was the perfect blend of lemony goodness.
Service was friendly, fast and fantastic. Great outdoor seating and indoor seating is clean and adequately spaced. Looking forward to our next visit.
Features: Enjoying a lazy Sunday afternoon and was thinking about a nice charcuterie. The board was very reasonably priced with generous portions of three meats, two cheeses, olives, crackers and fig jam. The price was so small I guessed the portions would reflect it, so my daughter ordered the turkey havarti sandwich on a garlic bagel and I got the jalapeño bagel with poblano cream cheese. We brought a large portion home. The only thing that was completely consumed was the turkey havarti sandwich. She said it was AMAZING but I wouldn’t know because apparently it was so incredible, she couldn’t spare a tiny bite. Oh well…next time.
A brunt bacon bagel. The person who made this sandwhich had to know the bacon was brunt! The person decided to fold the bacon and put it on the bagel and expected the customer to this trash.
Took over 30 min to get two breakfast bagels. Staff that is not working efficiently. Overall, decent bagel but would not recommend for grab and go.
Love the breakfast bagel! Great snack and they bring it to your car.
The BEST night on the patio with delicious food, a refreshing peach mule and Lucia!! Such talent!!
Awesome food and service! A must have in the area! Bagels are Legit NY Boiled!!! Just awesome for this east coast foodie! Sandwich options are progressive and traditional all at once. Pizza on a pizza bagel was also amazing!
Was not a big fan of bagels…but this place was so good that I am a changed man now 🤪😂👏👍
36 minutes for one turkey sandwich…
Absolutely brilliant bagels and bagel sandwiches. I agree w other reviewers, this place is a hidden gem. They even have great coffee! Also indoor as well as outdoor seating for the virus-aware community. Love it.
Have you ever wanted to not review somewhere positive so you can keep the secret for yourself?? Seriously the best hidden gem in Covington and the closest thing that I have had to NY bagels in the PNW
I had driven by this bagel bistro for 2 years and finally stopped to try it just a few weeks ago. I purchased an assorted dozen of what was left since it was late in the day and decided to try the chicken salad sandwich. Not a day goes by that I don’t remember this delicious sandwich! I will be going back for sure!
Best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had! Has a small outdoor dining area too
Dietary restrictions: Yay for gluten free bagles!! I’ve missed those circles of dough in my life
Bagels are fantastic! Fair prices too. Glad they carry Ellenos yogurt you can sub in for $1 totally worth. Really fun to have the outdoor seating. Great date location!
Only points for improvement are:
Hot chocolate was weak (froth was fun though, cup was nice)
Onions on the lox are raw, maybe pickled would take some of that edge off
Not sure what the kale and orange slice garnish is for. Kale and orange make a nice salad for sure, but when it is one slice and one piece…it doesn’t make a lot of sense on its own, nor with the salmon lox. Lemon on the side would be nice for the salmon.
Otherwise we love the location and the vibes.
Great little cafe/Bistro with life music! Support local small businesses!
we came in 30 minutes before close on a Sunday. Staff were friendly, easy to order and food was delicious. Good bagels are hard to find in PNW, and this place checks all the right boxes for a solid bagel.
Not the fastest place, but completely worth the wait.
Delicious. Very tasty. Great bagels!
Today was the last day I will patronize Bruchelles bagel bistro. Today was the fifth time I went to this bagel shop to learn they were out of one or more of the most popular bagels. Last time I went a few weeks ago, they had run out of sesame bagels within an hour of opening. Today, I arrived right at 8 am when they opened, was literally the first customer, and was told upon entering that they were completely out of both sesame and everything. Despite a strong desire to support local businesses, this business is run poorly and a pattern has been established of not ordering adequate supply of their main product (bagels) to support customer demand. How they are still open amazes me. Shame on me I guess for expecting a bagel store to carry bagels and continuing to frequent this establishment expecting different results. Do ice cream stores run out of ice cream, or pizza shops run out of dough? No. If they did they would go out of business. I’ve had it with the poor management of this bagel store. I imagine I’m not the only customer they have lost because of their inability to forecast demand.
got my order wrong, super busy, just not my thing i guess
Excellent bagel sandwiches which are quite large. Will definitely come back
Love the breakfast
Ordered a sandwich to go took 36 minutes to get. Restaurant wasn’t busy when I ordered
