1. Took the servers recommendation and ordered the steak. It was a surprisingly wonderful steak. Unfortunately it took an hour for our food to arrive after we ordered and everything except the steak was flat out cold (toast and baby reds). Server never came back to the table after she dropped our food so I didn’t have the opportunity to ask her to microwave it. I was pretty disappointed by the whole experience after hearing some good things. Probably won’t be back.

5. Great weekend breakfast. We get the skillet and split it. Good bacon, good potatoes and good biscuits and gravy. Can’t beat the $2 bloodymary

6. Best place in Buckley. Urban sprawl threatens small communities and jewels like this. It could go hipster any day now but shared seating and the locals out for lunch keep it working class classy. Great specials. Ask about beer specials and upgrade the salads instead of fries…

7. Definitely enjoy the local bar, with local people. The top sirloin was delicious.

11. I love this place! Best fries on the plateau. Locals are the celebrities here, some of the locals are actual celebrities. Shhh, don’t tell. Great food and service in this fun hometown bar. Oh and the number one sponsor of the Buckley Log Show!!!

12. The food was surprisingly good. Took a min for our waitress to get to us though but it wasn’t a long wait after she got to us. All in all…..me likey!

14. My husband and I frequent this bar for lunch. We love their food! Always good! Drinks are great, service is always amazing. Marnie and her team are the best!

18. Excellent service! The outdoor patio is relaxing and sunny or shady if you like. We ate some delicious burgers and had the coldest beer. It was perfect after a hike. I will be back when I’m passing through.

19. Went in for their Monday special of country fried steak and I will definitely NEVER go there for this again. The steak was overcooked and dried out not edible at all. Also we had no service at our table at all. A waitress never once came to our table. We had to go up to the bar to order and to get refills on our drinks. Someone from the kitchen brought our food out but nobody ever even checked if it was ok. I would not recommend this place if they are even a little bit busy because they can’t handle the business

20. Good beer and pizza. Not overly impressed with the service though. If I’ve heard it once, I’ve heard it a thousand times at this point, “we’re short handed today”; who isn’t? If you don’t have enough staff to run your business, don’t open it for business. We were there for 2.5 hours in all and my buddy was only drinking water, at about 2 hours he had to ask for a refill. Food was good, beer was cold, service could use a little finessing.

22. Friendly and fast working staff get the classic food out quick, iron skillets and all.

23. Service is really bad , takes 20 -30 min just to get menus and another hour for food and it’s usually cold
