    The live music was fun and so was the atmosphere but we did have a very unfortunate experience with the manager, James Bagely. We were a party of 8 and wanting dinner on a Friday night on a holiday weekend, so we called a week ahead of time and made a reservation. When we arrived they did not have a record of our reservation. When the manager came to speak to us, he informed us that he had no way to know if we actually made a reservation and so we would just have to get in line with everyone else. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and his interactions seemed to imply that we were lying about our reservations in order to skip the line. The poor hostess, Lorrine, did her best to accommodate us and clean up the mess that her manager had left her. This experience really put a damper on our evening. I understand that they may sometimes have people lie about their reservations but treating us so poorly over their mistake is inexcusable.

    Spent $30.00 for a burger and fish and chips. Burger was way over cooked and didn’t even get the crisps that were supposed to accompany the burger. VERY DISSATISFIED!

    Didn’t even get to taste the food, was ignored by the hostess then tested like we bothered her when asking about the wait. She served 2 people before us who were on the “wait list” even though they came in after us. Not that I expected to be first if they had a reservation or were waiting but not even a greeting?? She was rude rude rude!! Not going to try that again.

    We drove 2.5 hours to enjoy the food of Galway Bay – we used to come to Ocean Shores anually, but it’s our first time back since Covid. The hostess was ridiculous. She told us we would have an hour wait. We waited an hour, headed in, only to be told it would be another hour! She ignored us and made a few comments under her breath. Won’t be coming back – went across the street and enjoyed a meal at Home Port. 👍

    Came here on a girl’s trip. We placed an order for an appetizer and drinks, we recieved our drinks but then placed an order for our food as well. An hour goes by, no service, no appetizers, nothing. Our waiter returns to ask us if we needed anything. To which we ask about our appetizer.. he comes back to say the kitchen “lost the ticket”. We asked for the manager and recieved a young kid with a bad attitude. He rolled his eyes at us, claimed to not be able to do anything about it but to give us the appetizer on the house. He then claims there’s also no one above him. A manager with zero professionalism. Paying to much for bad service.
