1. We binged on Mexican food and this was our favorite stop! The salsa had that home made feeling, the plates were large and filling, the staff were nice, the ambiance was fun. When I mentioned I was vegetarian they helped me with my options, too. Yum!

2. Solid 4.5 ⭐s Mexican place in Grand Coulee. Good food and large portions. Salsa had a nice kick. I had pollo asada, hubs had carne ranchero. Draft beers are served in a cute little boot mug.They are super busy so be patient with the staff. Would definitely come back if we drive through here again.

3. We always get their quesadilla picadillo and their meat stuffed chili relleno. And of course you’ve got to have the extra extra large mango margarita!!

10. The Verde sauce there is super good. Stuck in town for a bit so we have been eating there like 2 times a week! Lol It is a must if you’re in town just visiting family, catching the laser lights, or just passing through……. If you live anywhere near Grand Coulee. Stop in and get great food and great service.

21. Excellent good and service. Check out the pictures of the margheritas. They were huge, in tall glasses. We had Pacifico’s in ice frosted glasses. Our party of 5 people were served quickly. The wait staff was professional and courteous.

29. The food is really good. The service is some of the best I’ve had anywhere and it’s surprisingly fast. We drive between BC and Spokane a lot and we go out of our way to stop at La Presa!

30. Stopped on our way to Lake Chelen because of the reviews and they were not wrong. I had the shredded beef chimichanga and it was amazing. The beef is seasoned perfectly and they top it with sour cream lettuce and diced tomatoes. The salsa is spicy but it’s salsa its suppose to be spicy.service was excellent fast friendly and an overall great experience

40. This restaurant has put much care into their decor, the portion sizes are huge, the food is delicious and lovingly prepared, and the servers were knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan accommodations. I highly recommend eating here.

47. So busy eating the amazing food that we forgot to take pictures! We had our dog with us and didn’t want to leave her in the car, so we said we’d eat outside on our picnic blanket. They carried out a table and chairs for us! Amazing food and service. Best food we’ve had on this road trip.

56. We were only staying in the area for a week, and wanted to try this place out one night. Great food, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. We will definitely return next time we’re in town!

57. We always look for clean clean, restaurants with authentic food with homemade recipes when we travel. They even harvest alot of their own ingredients from their garden in the rear of the restaurant!

58. First – the name…. LA Presa literally means ‘dam’ or ‘ditch’ which is perfect for the “Coulee Dam” ~ so creative! Our servers were so attentive and helpful with translating food and drinks. The margarita – medium is HUGE and all we tried were delicious. The chips and salsa we couldn’t get enough of and our entrees… hubs had the fish carbona with the white sauce…. so good!! We will be back someday!

59. I rarely drop a 5-star review for restaurants, but this place really deserves it. We were immediately greeted and seated before we even had a chance to stop at the ‘please wait to be seated’ sign.

    Before we sat down, the chips (made daily) and delicious salsa were on the table. The salsa is maybe a bit spicey for those who aren’t fans of spice, but I am, and it’s one of my top salsas at a restaurant now.

    The service is outstanding. We were never left with an empty glass, and the food was out promptly.

    I had a combo of enchilada, taco, and tamal. My son had the enchilada and taco combo. My daughter had the Carne Asada, and my wife had the Camerones a la Diabla.

    Everything was delicious, fresh, and authentic. The Carne, which I sampled 🤣 had an amazing char flavor. The shrimp were not overcooked in the Camerones, which is rare, and the sauce was incredible.

    Overall, this place really impressed me. It’s also clean and well kept.

60. LaPresa has the Mexican food around. We celebrated my daughter’s 11th birthday there. They even sang happy birthday to her.

    5 mos later…still 5* excellent. Food is fresh and spices used tantalize the taste buds. Friendly service, and fast at serving delicious food at reasonable prices.
    8/31/2023: we attended a Celebration of Life event here. It was a large group so we were in their private banquet room.
    They hustled to serve the hungry crowd. Service was impeccable and the food fresh & delicious. Great group setting.

73. I don’t give many 5 star reviews, but La Presa Mexican Restaurant deserves all of them.
    Their service is second to none, quick and friendly. Food is authentic Mexican and it was spot on and as quick. One of the best meals I’ve had. Service is outstanding, if your chips and salsa are getting low, someone is paying attention and replacing with fresh ones before you run out. If you are in Grand Coulee WA, it is a must stop for lunch or dinner.
