1. Excellent customer service and nice decor with good Spanish music playing. My cheese enchilada’s were super good and cheesy but the taco was just ok. I really liked the rice and beans, it wasn’t too salty.

4. I hate to do this but I feel very strongly about this place in a negative way. Service is okay, food is dry and kind of flavorless, table salsa is the worst I’ve ever tried.

5. Lovely dining place for dinner. The building is very unique, and the atmosphere is quiet with friendly staff and wonderful cultural music.
   Food is really good, but dessert is a bit subpar, in my opinion. Perhaps it’s because I am not used to the types of deserts, however, so it could just be me.
   Overall? I recommend this place. It’s got good food.

9. I stopped in at MI Mexico while traveling in Washington and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were very friendly and the food was great! One of the best Mexican dishes that I’ve had in a long time. I would recommend MI Mexico if you find yourself out here.

18. We stopped by after hiking and taking a scenic drive. We were able to bring our dog with us on the outdoor patio. Even though we were the only ones outside, we still received quick and friendly service.

    I ordered the “Tierra y Mar” dinner plate which is play on “Surf and Turf”. The carne asada was spiced and cooked perfectly. The shrimp was available with a few different sauce options, I chose a “Diablo sauce” which was sweet and spicy. It paired incredibly well with the shrimp and mushrooms. The spice level was medium for me, while my wife thought it was a touch on the hot side. So, depending on your tastes you may want to select a milder sauce.

    If we happen to be in the area we’ll definitely stop by for drinks and dinner!

20. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my meal here. I have high expectations when it comes to Mexican food 👍. Really love authentic home made Mexican cooking🌶️ Ordered an al pastor wet burrito, no rice ( restaurants tend to fill up the burrito with rice and beans). I basically received a burrito FILLED with whole beans and a only a couple of really small dry pieces of pork. I should have sent it back but I didn’t. Especially for the price $$ of the meal. Could not eat my food. Maybe an off day here but unfortunately I will not return.

Had a wonderful dinner with my parents, the staff was very friendly and the food was amazing, we had 2 of the house margaritas befor dinner and was feeling great by the time the food was ready, the music and atmosphere is very relaxing and we look forward to go back and try the lunch special😁😁😁😁😁

23. Everyone seemed local and eating great looking meals. I ordered a simple burrito, Chile verde, black beans and guacamole. It was so good.

24. Visited here, was told 15 mins for table. Waited for 30 and no updates from staff. They were just cleaning the paper menus and not providing any more details on our table. Ended up leaving without eating here after 30 mins.

    Disappointed in this experience as we were looking to try the food here

25. This restaurant is very well decorated and felt very family friendly. I got the combination plate with a chicken taco and an enchilada and everything tasted great. Really loved the refried beans. One of the best I’ve had! Portions were huge! And service was good.

27. I have gone here 3 times, one was regrettable. The food is okay, not as good as you’d think for the price. Pretty quick service. Probably will look for a better Mexican restaurant in the future though.

34. Lousy service, left us there with no one to even refill our drinks until we were done. Got my wife’s order wrong, and then brought the tortillas as we were leaving. Have been here multiple times, have never had such a bad time till yesterday.

    Food was even better than I remembered. Prices were very reasonable and the portion was quite large. Had to get a to go box. Relaxing atmosphere and pleasant staff.

36. After I ate there,, I checked my credit card statement and found duplicate charges, one amount without tips and another including tips.. SHOCK. Please check yr statement if you plan to eat there to ensure you’re not charged twice.

37. This place is an absolute hidden gem you NEED to check out. The service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is suitable for families. I ordered the shrimp burrito and would 100% recommend for all my other prawn lovers out there! Overall, it was an inviting experiencing and a comfortable way to accomadate yourself with the flavorful world of Mexican food.

38. Service was not the best. Asked for no mushrooms. Got mushrooms, was suppose to have flour tortillas, never got them. No even an apology. Will not ne returning.

45. My friend and I got there, nobody acknowledged us for a few minutes. No high or be right with you, finally someone talked to us and seated us. They gave us chips and dip, and we ordered our drinks. We ordered and they were busy, but it took about 40 minutes to get our food. I understand being busy but that was very slow. There was a couple seated next to us and they received their food much sooner than we did. And they were seated about 5 to 10 minutes after us. All in all good place. Food was very good.

46. Really good food. The staff was friendly, and the portions were huge. We went in on a Saturday and had the lunch special. It was very much a dinner size entree that we received. Very very good, would totally go again.

49. I am always on the lookout for an authentic chille reaño, something that takes a lot of prep time to have on hand as a standard menu item. If it is offered I can expect a predictably experienced kitchen staff is hard at work at securing a favorable outcome to my mid-day culinary anticipations. On this visit to mi-mexico This theory payed off big. The atmosphere and service was all well and fine (parr for the time and conventional facility offerings) plates were “very hot” as we were persistent ly warned. Ok, I may not be acclimated to the +$13 light lunch (not so light imho) that it has no say in my review of the culinary experience…this accounting for the lopping off last star. Not disappointed a bit. It was faster than a lot of other places I have been if that’s any help. Enjoy

53. Mi mexico has grown on me and my friends every time we are in town that is our eating destination. As well as having a few delicious cocktails. Every meal that has been sat down at are table in my eyes is top notch along with the staff. 10/10 recommend eating here

55. Brought the family, we all loved the food. Portions were huge, wich we didn’t expect. Service was great, we had 10 people and they accommodated us with no issues. If you want some great food with great atmosphere, I recommend you try this place.

57. Excellent service. I’ve been on the east coast for awhile and was finally able to come back and try this place again. I’ve had three other places in the area before heading here for comparison. This was definitely THE best Mexican food in Skagit County. The guacamole doesn’t taste like it’s out of a package either with a bunch of nasty seasonings and ingredients. It was comparable to what I’d make at home. My chili pablano could have been a little hotter. Very kind service.

58. I actually went in there for the first time and they were very pleasant, made sure to not make us feel rushed. Their chicken enchilada was great and their rice was good, the price is amazing. But my favorite is the fried ice cream

59. The food is as good as it can get. A lot of the customers were Latinos. If the Latinos eat there, you know it’s good Mexican food. Will for sure be back.

62. Food was great and the building is nice and big, however for whatever reason dispute the obvious open tables that I could see, it still took over 20 mins to be seated and that’s just a party of two…?

63. My wife recommended pollo con crema from this restaurant. I decided why not and throw in some extra veggies. Let me tell you this meal didn’t disappoint along with free refills on horchata. The chicken was tender, peppers, onions and mushrooms had a nice sautéed flavor with cream sauce on a bed of rice with tortillas. And the service was great too. Will be back again.
