Spring rolls with prawns were delicious. Sauce was savory and sweet, balanced really well. Bun Bo Hue was delicious. Likes all the sausages. The noodles were nice and springy.
Decided to give this place a try as it was their grand opening and had been offering 20% off. My husband and I decided to dine in, we regretted it quickly. Unfortunately the service was terrible. We couldn’t tell who was working and who wasn’t. The owners and or employees were eating/hanging out with other people (I’m assuming friends or family) they catered to them in every way and neglected us completely. They didn’t check on us once and we had to ask for water refills. I know it must be exciting to have a grand opening and want to hang out with friends and family, but they should’ve done a soft launch to celebrate rather than neglecting us customers. The food was sooo delicious so it was very disappointing that the service wasn’t good.
Pho was un-pho-gettable!! Wow wow wow 🤩 amazing flavor from word go. Tasted the stock just to get a baseline & bursting with flavor was the reaction. Was recommended a few other dishes by patrons & staff that I’m sure to come back & try. This time ox tail pho did not disappoint. Yum yum yummy. Staff were courteous & attentive & atmosphere was pleasant & inviting.
Grand Opening, under new management. They offer a 20% discount on all orders until April 7. I ordered take out. It took 10 min for them to prepare. The food was well packed and delicious.
Bo Kho (beef stew) was really good.

Pho is good but waiting for food is too long. We had a table of 5 people and it took about 30-35mins to get food after sitting and everyone at the table ordered pho. It’s unfortunate since we like the pho but we can’t afford to wait 30-40mins for food during a working lunch.
Just a small note, the sign stated there was 20% off but did not receive it.
First time going in today and the service was great. They took care of me and made sure I got the right service. Once I got home, the family and I tried the food, it was great! Definitely going back! They did not disappoint.

Please remove the hot stone pho, if it spills on a customer accidentally or purposely. You can get sued badly, like McDonald’s. I suggest you remove it because people are money hungry these days. People will sue for money. Get rid of it.
A place you have to try! The menu has a variety to choose from. I always eat here when I am in the area and try a new menu item.
They’ve gotten busier with their re-grand opening and new menu, but it’s worth the wait!
Pho is super bland
So glad we have this restaurant near my place. Visited there couple of times, we had Pho, Bun bo Hue, com Tam, com bo luc lac… Everything was delicious. Definitely will visit often.
Restaurant was very dirty and messy. Service was awful. Broth was the only good part. Not coming back and do not recommend.
My family and I love supporting small family owned businesses! So glad we found Pho J because let me tell you – I have tried many restaurants that serve bun bo hue (spicy noodles), but it just wasn’t hitting the spot for me! But, Pho J??…OMG, it’s a must try if you like spicy noodles.
My kids love their bo kho (beef stew) with noodles, but you can have it with bread. I recently tried their baked shrimp & scallop baguette and O.M.G delicious. They are also known for their hot stone pho which keeps the broth hot throughout your meal. So, if you’re ever near Auburn Outlet Mall – swing by Pho J for some delicious food. 🙂
