Food is pub menu served promptly and big portions.
Staff is amazing and super awesome
Ambiance is meh the bar could use a serious nautical decorum redo. The plastic pirate n wall signs from Amazon are not really nautical.
The place could also use a remodel w a big out door area and second story deck being opened would be for the win.
Overall we liked all the staff and visitors were mask respectful and safe.
The place is for sale but thr price seems over the top for a place w not much parking.
But new owners big remodel make thr lower area all ages and build out a second floor nautical themed bar w putdoor seating would make this business the hot ticket.
Think Mcmennemins style remodel and your on the right track for success

Stopped in for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed.

Friendly, attentive staff, hot coffee, and shine solid basic breakfast dishes.

I love to check out hyper-local places, and this did not disappoint! We ordered the Pick 3 combo appetizer (mushrooms, Mac and cheese bites, and pot stickers), and dug in before I could even take a picture. Entrees were a clam basket and fish/chips basket, and both were crispy perfection. Drink of choice was Irish Death (their only dark beer), and it went down smooth

Had a great lunch here so we came back the next day and had a wonderful breakfast!

The hash browns were burnt and it was pretty greasy. Service was great!!

  6. Dane Meehan

Great burgers without trying to make them into something arty or fancy. Strong drinks, and the bartender isn’t afraid to boot someone out if they don’t have ID.

In the 2 nights and 3 days my boyfriend and I stayed in Ocean Shores, we had 2 of our meals here. What can I say about this place?! All of the staff were amazingly kind, the playful decorations matched the name perfectly (did I mention I’m a Buccs fan), and the food consistently hit the spot. I can’t quite remember our first waitress’ name, but Viva was so sincere and wonderfully funny the morning we grabbed breakfast before heading back to Seattle. I had the french toast, sausage, and added on a hashbrown while the boyfriend got chicken fried steak. Our bloody Mary’s weren’t over or under in viscosity and spiciness. My over-easy and the boyfriend’s over-medium eggs were cooked to perfection.

As for the first night we arrived to Ocean Shores, we were super hungry, but it was Superbowl Sunday. We doubt that we’d find a bar that wouldn’t be super packed, but would be delicious. We were wrong. It was decently busy, but the waitresses handled their own, were kind, and everything was unconcerningly quick.

Best fries we’ve had in awhile, even tops our favorite bars back home. The macaroni bites taste kinda like crispy mac and cheese with a dash of jalapeno poppers, so the littlest kick made them perfect without a whole jalapeno to destroy my stomach. Crispy ooey gooey mozzarella sticks and a good reuben. Even when we got back to our room, I couldn’t help but devour our leftovers. I just about burst at the seams and dreamt about some of the food that night. We spent about $60-70/meal, but we had leftovers each time and for the service and apps alone, it was well worth it.

We’re definitely coming back whenever we’re in town<3

I was disappointed after reading all of the great reviews. Most of the food was over cooked or slopped together…maybe it was an off day for the chef. My Bloody Mary was good and spicy but didn’t taste like any alcohol was in it. Extremely high priced mediocre food. Only plus was the wait staff.

It is a little placed tucked away and you have to be looking for it or you might miss it. The parking lot was pretty full in front but more was available in the bar area. We met some relatives here to start a birthday celebration. It was a casual atmosphere with a relaxed vibe. The staff and locals were friendly and patient with us as one in our party started celebrating a little earlier than the rest of us. There wasn’t a pool table but there were a couple of bar games you would expect to see. The chicken wings were tasty as were the lemon drops. 🙂

I really liked this “local” spot a lot. I felt immediately welcomed and comfortable. Full bar is fabulous, I tried the nachos (they were ok but not great) but want to go back to try other items.

I had breakfast there it was the worst overcooked no taste waited a long time for it

Fun and friendly. Lunch with my sister’s. Not a big fan of deep fried Mac&cheese but I got to try it !!

  13. Fayton Phillips

I had fish and chips! For the price, could have had a little less fries and extra peace of fish not just 2 and the fish could have been fillets and not something that looked like a hot dog.

The food is so good! The staff are lovely and it’s 21plus only. So no kiddos running around. But the absolute must try is the chowder, so tasty we went back the next day for more!

We had burgers with the chips. They were so good. The burger tasted like a picnic burger. Fresh and delicious. The service was great too.

Amazing breakfast. I love that it’s 21+. My inner child gets to enjoy pirate themed dining in an adult atmosphere!

I love this place. I go there midday sometimes. Great staff. Best onion rings in town. Also great bloodies. They have a nice nook to the right of the main room where you can try to hide. If you don’t want to hide, the regulars are very friendly.
