1. Love their pizza, easy pickup. Tragically small driveway when it’s icy out.

2. Been getting pizza from the Pipeline for 32 years and my last visit sealed the deal that I will never go back again. Ordered online and went and picked up, drove back across the valley and opened up pizza, no cheese. Called and talked to the manager and was told it may have been a glitch in the system and that they would do nothing for me and it wasn’t her problem and that I should call corporate in the morning. A real manager would have not only fixed it, but also threw in some bread sticks or a soda or something. Horrible, no, worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Who eats pizza with no cheese? Should have been a clue something was wrong right there.

3. I tried to originally order online and it wouldn’t process. Ended up having to call my order in instead. The first lady I spoke to was very pleasant and had great communication over the phone. The man that delivered our dinner did not bring a 2L bottle that I had requested and he was so kind and said he would go back and get a 2l for us. However he was back within a minute, there is no way that young man drove all the way to the pizza store and back in that time Frame and the traddic that would have been present at that time. I called the store right away to have them call him and tell him not to bother but the lady on the phone that time was Incredibly rude and short. This young man did not go to the pizza store he went out of his way and went to the store or convenience store and purchased our 2L for us with his own money, sure a 2L may not cost a lot but the fact that he went out of his way do that. He was wearing a green plaid shirt and drove a gold/tan PT cruiser. The fact that this gentlemen went above and beyond customer service he deserves to be noticed! And that his selfless act did not go unnoticed. We tried to grab cash for him but he was gone right away.

4. Best pizza hands down, they have the best product in town and the tricky stixs are unbeatable. Great staff, at every location too, I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the locations and highly recommend you try them for yourselves and find out what a good pizza is all about!

5. It’s never worth it anymore. An awesome restaurant that is going to end up failing because of poor service and reliability. Customer service is so poor.

6. This was about a year ago so maybe that dude’s gone by now, but…
   Ordered a pizza for delivery. The delivery took about 45 mins despite being 2 miles away. When we finally sit down and open the box it’s the wrong pizza. I called the store and told them what happened, I spoke to the exasperated and rude manager who took some convincing to send me the right pizza. Dude tells me to SEND THE OTHER PIZZA BACK with the pizza delivery guy! Ridiculous. Of course when the pizza was delivered i kept both pizzas.

7. A little pricy for what you get but has better pizza then a lot of other places.

9. We ordered two Philly cheese steaks for delivery. Have had these before, and the first time we had them, they were really good. Today, there was very little meat in the sandwiches, and they were wrapped upside down so all of the ingredients Spilled Out when we picked up the sandwich. It was mostly a veggie sandwich due to the lack of meat. At approximately $15 per sandwich, I find that unacceptable. We will not be ordering from Pizza Pipeline again in the near future.

10. Husband and I love there bbq chicken it’s flavorful! Quite a bit of wait but well worth it for us.

11. Very clean when walking in..the lady who took my order.was very nice and was helpful when I didn’t understand item on the list.

12. Honestly pizza pipeline used to be my go to. It USED to be 5 stars all around great crust cheese you name it I loved it… Now its really just gone down the drain, the cheese tastes fake and the crust is 100% just frozen not even tossed doe. If I wanted the same pizza for a 10th of the price ill just go to walmart. Please bring back the original ingredients so I can eat my pizza again 😢

13. This was an amazing experience the staff are super friendly and accomodating. Plus they pizza was fantastic. Everyone had their fill with the Colossus and then large Hawaiian pizza we get and we fed like 20 people.

14. Barely edible pizza, thin pizza at a premium price.

    Not sure why people bother. Digorno tastes better at less than half the price. $80 for two pizzas delivered is infuriating.

    Popcorn chicken that is about Walmart quality.

    If you want quality pizza go anywhere else, absolute garbage here.

    They have no standards apparently.

15. They changed the pizza taste and it’s not as good as it used to be. I think the slices are smaller too. Suggest they go back to their original recipe.

16. It wasn’t bad server was nice, they don’t have seating inside refills are 50 cents Wich is nice overall not a bad place great people
