OMG, someone knows how to cook clam strips. They weren’t little pieces of rubber, perfectly done. Nice little place a little loud but not terrible. They have pool table and juke box.

  8. Terry Butler

Wife and I went for dinnertime on Saturday. Super busy almost standing room only. Brittany our server and one gentleman behind the bar for help were crushing it. Wife had a patty melt and I had a Reuben sandwich. Both were delivered promptly 15 min and warm and tasty. My Reuben inspired me to start making them at home. Wife was impressed with the merlot. Cool atmosphere.

  13. Megan Couturier

We had a big group come to OC for the weekend. I had made plans for Friday night at the casino in their bar, they canceled on me last minute. So i frantically called down here last minute to see if they could accommodate a large party. She was more than happy to have us come in! She told me not to stress and that she would take care of everything!! I am so happy we chose the Porthole, good food, great service, awesome atmosphere. Thank you Porthole, you saved my tush!! Good job!!!

  16. Kathryn Salverda

$5 Bloody Mary’s! Great tasting burger with lots of tots. Wife had Fish & Chips she said were big & good. Staff was friendly and checking frequently to see if we needed anything. Oh did I mention the $5 Bloody Mary’s, large and Damn gòod.

  19. Nathan Maggart

Service is fantastic. Staff goes above and beyond. Good local bar. No kids aloud. Food is definitely good bar/comfort food. Portions were nice. You can tell that the chef/cook cares about the food. That can be hard to find in a tourist style bar/restaurant. All in all: a nice place to hang out with above average food, totally worth a visit for adults

    BTW, no take out orders.

  20. Jeanna H
