1. Pizza was good. It’s what I imagine Pizza Hut was like before it was a chain.

2. Yummy loaded pizza. We had the mighty ten macho size. Picked up for takeout, was cold. Kind of expensive $25.61 after tax for a medium.

3. I was really excited to get a new pizza place in Medical Lake. Pizza factory the only other pizza place in this town is Okay at best. The prices are pretty expensive and the pizza is not as good as Pizza Hut or Dominos. So I would say if you’re lazy and don’t want to travel it will work. But it’s nothing special with high prices so don’t have high expectations and it will serve it’s purpose.

11. Absolutely incredible pizza and breadsticks

12. First time eating there tonight, and I’m pretty excited that’s it’s here. The mega pizza is about the size of a Dominoes large, and we got the pickup special so it came with 2 liter of soda and bread sticks all for $16! Oh and the breadsticks were the size of a 12″ pizza. Personally, the breadsticks aren’t my favorite, but the rest of my fam loved them and the pizza was great, so we are more than happy with our first meal. Also, my experience with the staff was great, it was ready when I got there about 20 mins after I ordered, and it was plenty warm.

13. First time ordering from them and we ordered the Mighty Ten in the maximus size. Did not disappoint! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of ingredients. We can’t wait to try their other varieties! Thank you for coming to medical lake Pizza oven!

14. Was surprised by how loaded the pizza was! The Top ten really does come with everything. And they don’t skimp!! Very good crust also.

15. We tried their pizza for the first time this evening. We found it to be far superior to Pizza Factory in price and quality. Great staff and great product! We can’t wait to order again!

19. Been to this place 3 different times since they first opened up. They have consistently served better pizza and cheese bread each time. The prices are fair if you go with the pre determined combo pizzas and the pizzas are pretty large. The customer service is good and they are continually updating their menu.

23. What a great new addition to the community! We have ordered pizza here now several times and every time it has been great! The pizza and the new breadsticks are fabulous. The ranch dip is to die for. the staff has been super helpful and so nice. The girl at the counter really helped out and was so nice, I think her name is Sarah. I am now getting my pizza here from now on!

24. This place is a pallet pleaser, good pizza 🍕 and that’s coming from someone who has tasted pizza from the best pizza artists in the world. For a small town pizza joint I was like whoa amazing!

25. Pretty decent pizza depending on what you order. Unfortunately the place has always had some issue since opening. Either losing our order, not knowing if we paid, or out of toppings. Phones are still not working properly and the wait is always longer than expected. Prices aren’t any better than the other local pizza place either. I really had high hopes for this place. Wish I could give it more stars.

27. We tried Pizza Oven a couple nights ago. What a treat! The crust is amazing, the sauce fresh and spicy, and the topping was loaded! Now there are two great pizza/calzone places in Medical Lake!

28. Pizza is tip top. I hear a few bumps and bruises upon opening, but seems like they have it all going well now. For the money, a way better product than you get at the chain places. And really good specials.

29. Absolutely love their pizza. We have ordered twice from them now and we also ordered the cauliflower crust, amazing. With an extra fee, they even delivered to Cheney.

30. The first couple of times I had Pizza Oven, it was really great. But the last time i had it, granted it was in December. I got really sick from the food.
    I don’t know if it was under cooked wings or undercooked pizza but yeah….maybe I will give them a try again.

We ordered for the first time yesterday and it was carry out..they told us itd be a 20 minute wait which was actually a 25 minute wait ..which wasn’t that big of a deal however the pizza dough was under cooked by a lot and the breadsticks were over cooked by a lot. I found the price to be just as expensive as any other pizza place but the quality was not nearly as good as expected for a $30 pizza. I’ll try it once more but this time I’ll specify that I like my crust cooked. Never again will I order their breadsticks. The Ranch was great though!

37. Excellent from my first experience the first week they opened. Enjoyed It’s a Hottie, Mighty 10, Buffalo and bread sticks. High quality, good flavors, generous toppings and friendly service. Give them about 25 minutes or order ahead. I used to work in town but live 30 minutes away. Worth the drive!

39. First time ordering delivery. Called them they said 20min it was over an hour and then of course my order is wrong. I have kids hungry and waiting. I call them and the girl says to me well sorry all I can do is give a coupon or remake the food but it will be a super long time before we get it to you we are busy and you will be last. She didn’t care at all. So disrespectful and ridiculous. Never again. I don’t recommend a place with terrible customer service like this at all.

42. Good pizza, great prices. You can get a large 2-topping pizza with 2-liter and dessert for what a medium pizza cost you at the “other” pizza place in town. Hopefully they will add an extra line to their phone and wings as a side dish (It’s hard to get your call through sometimes).

    Update: Last two times I ordered pizza it was bland. Very little sauce. Hoping this is temporary.

45. Ordered a medium PIZZA and 10 Wings. Only got the Pizza. They proceeded to tell me a out another customer that ordered wings which is not, as the customer, my problem. They gave me a gift certificate which at this point is useless because I’m NOT at the Survival Inn or in Washington state long enough to use it.

    Recommend to the shop that if you state that you can fill my order and at the end of the day you cant. You refund my my money or don’t fill the order at all and give me my money back.

    If you deliver on base to the survival inn in particular, you must be clear on what you can or can’t fullfil as with ANY customer.

    Not cool don’t leave gift certificates. Leave the money you owe next time.

    Good pizza though.
