Love this place. Always a friendly atmosphere, the food is finger lickin good. There honey pepper chicken wings I simply could not eat enough and there pizzas Yum Yummers for my Tummers
The food here is really great. The pizza is indeed a big draw here and the drinks such as the lava lamp and the buckets are top notch. Everyone in my party other then my son loved our food.
Sadly the covington location of the rock has some pretty bad service. The manager here simply tossed my kids mac n cheese after we asked for it to be made again without the extra cheese as my kid was spitting it on the floor. They did offer to make a second one and charge for it which I declined. They only offered to comp a second one “to go” after I asked for the managers name Hagan, far to late.
Additionally our meals (5 people) came out in 3 waves spaced about 10 min apart with nothing more then a “sorry” from the server.
The sad part is we had come for drinks and felt like leaving early instead of ordering a second round. Save some money and order to go.
I don’t remember what day it was but there is a big basketball game going on it was very exciting apparently you’re told there’s a 30 minute wait we waited for a little more than that anyway we got our drinks immediately that was nice however after we had ordered the food almost an hour had gone by and we had gotten anything I understand being busy however when we were told that there was a 30 people party that showed up unexpectedly I it was unexpected that we would be thrown to the back of the line on that and not be served and have them take their orders and make us wait well we complained a little bit and we’re offered nothing just the excuse we got a big party in and actually the manager disputed the amount of time we had been waiting however my boyfriend had his timer on the phone after 15 minutes the pizza was good the salad was wilted and warm but the pizza was great
First i must say the waitress was great!!! But the rest of the evening…Not the best experience…45 minute wait for a disappointing dinning experience!!! my favorite, the original bucket tasted like seltzer water. The manager was informed and apparently tasted it. He said it was fine. The crazy train, which is another favorite. Had the wrong ingredients and they were all piled in the middle. And the bacon mac&cheese with RAW bacon, looked to be about half the size of a normal order. The other drinks and appetizers were good! Spent a good amount of $$$ for a disappointing date night with the family!!!

My party waited over 45 minutes to be served. When we were served only half of our food arrived and made it so we could not eat together. My pizza arrived without two ingredients and was very lackluster. I’ve had a lot of pizza in my life and given that this was primarily geared towards being a pizza joint, I was profoundly displeased with the overall taste and quality of the ingredients. Two of our party had the poorest gluten free pizza’s they had ever experienced.
Order dinner last night and I always get the fish and chips and onion rings and srry to say it was horrible I will not order from this location my husband always gets a burger and he took one bite and threw it out so disappointed and it was not cheap

This was our 1st time dining at a Rock Wood Fire Pizza restaurant and I can honestly say I don’t think that we will be back..Pizza was loaded with a lot of sauce so each bite that you took it fall off your pizza and there was no taste(very blan).. We got the worst sit in the house by the door that employees go out to take their smoke breaks so when the door is opened up the smells come right in..I feel that there shouldn’t be a table there!!!
Love the interesting combinations on the pizzas. Delicious thin crust. Lunch special is great – includes a salad. Evil Ways is my favorite pizza.
First time at The Rock, 1st time trying “The Bucket” !!! If you’re not a drinker one will be plenty! The menu is rock n roll themed which is killer. The vibe is very 90s rock. Great date night spot. Our server was super attentive and quick, we asked for recommendations and all delivered. The pizza was piping hot out of the oven and the ingredients were fresh! Definitely recommend the meatballs. Great first impression!
$52 for a 16″ veggie pizza and two 16 oz draft beers, tax and tip.
Service was pretty sad. Young female waiter asked if everything was okay in passing about 7 minutes after dropping off our pizza. It wasn’t very busy… obviously she wasn’t in her happy place.
Pizza quality was okay.. crust too thick on the outside, way too thin in the center. Not crispy. Toppings were okay.
The IPA on draft was $7.95! The “blonde” was was a dollar less. Just doesn’t make sense. Cost on a 16 oz draft beer is likely less than $3.

On a Friday at 6 pm, the place was really busy and the service was slow – – friendly but slow. The atmosphere was loud but expected, pizza was good and also expensive and also expected. I’ll go back but probably not on a weekend or evening.
Our waitress was outstanding. Pizza was good once we got the right size 😆 actually that was funny. The ceaser salad ordered was warm. Like it sat out for a long period of time as our pizza was cooking and the croutons were stale. And they didnt have coffee. Was very sad. I heard great things about this place. We drove quite awhile to even visit this place. We can’t recommend again due to food quality. But service….yes very friendly and honest.

This is a return to spot, to bring the family to for dinner. As usual, the staff is awesome, we did not have to wait long for our table, the food was filling (we all got four pizza’s). It wasn’t crowded or packed. Only bad thing that was expected was the prices went up for the same food on the menu, but given inflation that was expected. What else can I say go eat there, and take your family and friends!

Why does everything here have zero flavor except for their ranch? Hard pass, I would rather have Red Baron

The food is good (but not great). There are a good variety of dishes to choose from. It’s somewhat noisy if you want to have a conversation.
Food was great ate in the bar very friendly service would recommend to anyone to go there to eat.
The Rock in Covington, WA has abysmal service from wait staff to the poor quality food. It is regrettable that a lower rateing is not available.

We took our son to Rock Wood Fired Pizza in Covington. The food was great! The service was excellent. The young lady kept checking with us if we needed anything. We really liked the atmosphere there. It was nostalgic rock and we really enjoyed our meal. Thank you for asking, if you haven’t been there, visit this place, you won’t be disappointed.
We were really disappointed this time with The Rock Pizza. We ordered the Bang a Gong, one of our past favorites. There was, MAYBE?, 6 slivers of chicken. Maybe it was an off night. Maybe there’s a chicken shortage we’re unaware of. Maybe we’ll return in the near future? Maybe not….thumbs up to our server
Stopped in for a late dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, food, and service. Burger and beer-bartered fries were wonderful.
