2. The baked goods in this joint SLAP so hard. I got the praline and cream muffin and it’s the best muffin I’ve ever had. Literally so moist and delicious. I also got a turkey bacon cheddar sandwich from the fridge and that was also super good. HIGHLY recommend the muffins tho.

3. Delicious! The coffee was made very hot which is just the way I like it! The staff was friendly and helped us immediately. Highly recommend this bakery/coffee shop.

4. Yea I get muffins here whenever I’m mountain biking or going to whistle lake for some cliff diving. The prices are good and the food is better. Always a must if you’re traveling through and looking for an interesting selection of both rare finds and essential choices.

5. This is the place to stop before getting on the ferry or anytime you can. The coffee, service and muffins we had where excellent. We tried the Banana pie muffin and the Carmel muffin. Both where fantastic, I’ve never tasted such a great Banana muffin before this one.

6. These muffins changed my life… I use to not be a muffin fan, but once my husband convinced me to stop by this place and give them a try I was so happily surprised!!!! These muffins are fluffy, thick, and delicous…. packed with so much love!!!! My favorite are the cobbler ones, huge flavors and they don’t skimp on the fruit…. Also got a black coffee and carmel machiato both were good!

7. Friendly staff, cold drinks, fresh bread, cookies and muffins, lots of bottled wine, awesome deli sandwiches before 2pm (wish these were available longer til 5pm). Space is tight and gets crowded if there’s more than 2 groups inside. But easier than the bigger grocery store if you don’t need much.

9. Everything there is absolutely delicious! The smell of a fresh bakery that wraps around you as you open the door is simply mouth watering. The food is the freshest and satisfies completely!

11. Very hard to decide on which delicious morsel to try from the bakery!! Finally went with the strawberry peach muffin and a carrot cake cookie for later. Also got an oat milk latte which was lovely and some garlic basil bread and artichoke dip for dinner. My friend got an assortment of cookies and the recommended wine (it was actually good, which coming from me who really doesn’t like wine is saying something!). Staff was friendly and upbeat and the entire store had a cozy feel. Would love to return!

13. The Store definitely lives up to its reputation. I had a blueberry and cream muffin and I have to say that when it comes to muffins they aren’t muffin around! This was the absolute best muffin I’ve ever had. The first bite was incredible, with just the right combination of sweet, tangy from the berries and crunchy from the crumble top. I can’t think of a better way to enjoy a quiet Sunday morning. Oh and the coffee is HOT too.

17. Back on the road again and I just stumbled into a gem. The vanilla carmel muffin was out of this world. Soft and moist cake with pockets of carmel goodness. Great selection of muffins and gourmet cookies. And….a fantastic wine selection at a fair price. Going back tomorrow.

19. Cute as a button store. The muffins are the best I’ve ever had, EVER. They are full of flavour and a decent size! I got half a dozen to go and didn’t regret my decision. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly. My only regret is living two hours from here.

21. Our friends took us to The Store and we were really glad! Great baked treats like muffins and cookies along with drip coffees. Our friends ordered lattes, but we just wanted some delicious coffee and treats. Nice cozy room to enjoy your purchase or take your items with to enjoy at home or the park! There are other things available at The store however, we just came for the goodies. A large selection of wine can be found there too.

22. Very friendly staff, even considering completely helpless and certainly exhausting customers. They kept their cool.
    Muffins are fantastic. Wonderful cappuccino. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Thank you very much for having us.

23. I had no idea I enjoyed muffins until I tried theirs! They have so many wonderful flavors to pick from and they are always delicious!

24. I had 2 peanut butter cookies with fudge on top & a white chocolate chip muffin. Both were somehow baked to the absolute perfect temperature: the one rare space in the cosmos most of us didn’t know existed, at least that was the case for me. Not at all overcooked, not at all undercooked. It was an amazing surprise. Highly recommended!

25. The muffins here are so good and I always like to stop at this little store when I’m in town! It’s about time I leave a positive review for this gem of a bakery and convenience store. I just stopped in and forgot my coffee, and a kind woman who I see working there often brought it out to my car for me! Thank you so much, you are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and I always have a phenomenal experience here.

26. This review is specifically for their: Muffins.
    The Store, is located right off the round-a-bout off the highway 20 Spur in Anacortes.
    After everyone ranting and raving about their muffins, I had to check it out.
    They have a good selection of wines, ciders, and beers; as well as other convenience items.
    I was told throughout the year, they do over 200 flavors of muffins seasonally.
    I got the Apple-raspberry, and it was amazing.
    Soft and cake-iee, with fresh apple chunks and raspberry. Don’t just get one, you’ll be disappointed.
    They have a muffin punch card for repeat visitors.

27. Lunch is only available during the week.
    The loaves of bread are fresh for sale every day and absolutely amazing

28. I honestly don’t understand the high rating for this place. The grocery selection is like a standard corner store, nothing special. The bakery is not bad, but not great either. The deli is nice, but I pretty consistently got something wrong with my order – wrong bread or wrong cheese or even meat.

32. My only complaint. They have a plain ol’sandwich, cookies, and muffins that will cut your pocket book. But they are all really good!

33. Unfortunately, no pastries that are allergy friendly. Of the 30-40 offerings, nothing was dairy free. I was surprised at a $5 muffin price too!
