I love their lobster bisque. Steak and lobster dinner for 2 was wonderful. Our waitress was fun and fast. We can’t wait to come back.
Good burger
One our favorite go-tos on the Island — and not just because it is the closest bar to our house. Chestin is a great bartender and the food is very, very good. Maybe the best burger on the island. But a lot on the menu to choose from. Don’t skip this place, it is a true gem.

Absolutely amazing food! We got the couples dinner and everything was just wonderful! The best Lobster Bisque I’ve ever eaten. Lobster tails were succulent! We got take out so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. But if you want terrific food, this is the place!
Great cocktails, delicious food, cool vibe and great staff! We ordered brussel sprouts, TNT shrimp, a burger and the pork tenderloin- all of which was amazing.

Very quaint but beautiful setting. Perfect for date nights. Their dinner for two is way top much food but oh so good. Real lobster in the bisque.

Itś just about the only place open after 9 pm. Regardless it was still very good and our waiter was super cool.
Coming from a veteran of many bars, I got a perfect old fashioned here. It was busy, but I never felt rushed. Awesome menu as well. I’ll definitely be back when I got some time to kill before the ferry leaves
Love this quaint and incredibly salubrious steakhouse. Their signature burger is something to be experienced, truly. I know you’ve had steakhouse burgers before, but get this one with pepper jack, bacon, and Koops dijon mustard on the side.
My wife and I shared the ribeye and prawns for two and it was fantastic. Do not miss the lobster bisque, or the TNT shrimp for that matter. We’ll definitely return

Incredibly blown away by the quality of everything – service, food, and cocktails all exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is also very nice and quiet enough to have some conversation! We will go back and will recommend it to friends visiting the area.

I’m not complaining about the food quality or service. In fact, the food we got was very good. We ordered their burger and grilled shrimp skewers, but this is not what we came for. My problem is that they put a picture of seared scallops right on the front of their Google Maps page but when we got to the place the server said no “they don’t have it on the menu”. Well, if you don’t have it on the menu anymore, then remove it from your front page from Google Maps! Otherwise, this is a false advertisement to attract customers like me who came specifically for advertised scallops.
Chill vibe, deliciously crafted mixed drinks from a full bar and a solid, winning dinner menu. Best Brussel sprout appetizer on the planet. This is the place we go to feel truly casual and dine like royalty of a bygone era.

Wonderful spot on Bainbridge Island! Though they have a meat-centric menu, their vegetarian items are surprisingly tasty. Their drinks are top-notch and the vibe is very chill.
I have been to The Islander a few times and it never disappoints. Tonight was made extra special due to the attentive and delightful service by Tyler. What an amazing server. Wonderful attitude and such a welcoming spirit. Will certainly keep recommending to my friends. Bravo!

So I am visiting here from out of town . The food was very good . The bartender was arrogant and rude and even said Happy Zombie Jesus day (referring to Easter). I’m undecided if I shall return. The food was very good.
