Service a little slow,but worth the wait
Came here with friends and hubby for dinner and drinks 🍸. Prices here are pretty high for most items on the menu so we opted for drinks and shared a plate of nachos. Food was very good despite the high prices.

Stopped at bubbas for a burger today. Food was average bar burger. Staff was nice and service was good. The bathroom in that place is disgusting! Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. The A/C wasn’t working very well and was about as hot inside as it was outside.. Ive been to better burger joints than this. When you have no other choice what do you do? If your looking for a place to cool off and relax… pass this place by! The air conditioning still doesn’t work!
Good food but didn’t like the $1.50 credit card charge for $35 meal. I only noticed it when I asked for itemized receipt.
Enjoyed my burger and the fries. Place has a definite comfort bar feel, very relaxed and welcoming.
My family had a good time. Wait staff was great. Good was cooked well. Most food was good some was not for us. We will be going back.

Best “Big Food” ever. Their cooks RULE. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the people, especially the wait staff and the bartenders are SO nice. I don’t get to Bubba’s Road House enough. So glad they’re close to me. I highly recommend them for great food, friendly atmosphere, fun karaoke, and the best cooks on Hwy. 2! Thanks for a great time….
Great service, phenomenal food. Started with some battered mozzarella sticks and a tasty marinara sauce. Flying Hawaiian burger was an explosion of great flavors and was a good portion size. The menu has a little bit of everything for your comfort foods. The bathrooms were clean and a good size. Overall good place for a quick sit and eat lunch.

We frequent Bubba’s for Taco Tuesday. Where else can 4 eat dinner WITH drinks for under $30? The food is good, drinks are reasonably priced and the service is excellent. Bubba’s serves big plates of food so take your appetite!
Got beef ribs not good didn’t eat any of it couldn’t they were to hard &gristley.jalapeno stuff peppers were good thoe

French dip was very good. I wish the staff or customers would tell me where the gold is located around here. They will not accept gold flakes as payment at this location, regardless.
OMG bubba’s has some amazing food! The burger I got was so huge and it was so good I actually ate it all. I don’t think I’ve ate a burger that big and couldn’t stop eating it😅 my friend steak looked perfect. he said he enjoyed it and would definitely come back has well
OMG so much meat on my Reuben Sandwich 🥪. Everything is so delicious.
Do yourself a favor and stop here for breakfast. Every item seems to be cooked by someone who appreciates good food. The coffee isn’t the best, but the Jameson Whiskey Sour was absolutely perfect .. Both of them

Cozy old tavern atmosphere. Happy & surprised to see lumpia on the menu which was enjoyed with a bowl of steaming hot clam chowder! Very good!

Long time supporter, first time patron. I went for a bite to get a change of scenery from my home office on a Monday early afternoon. Here’s my take:
Pros:
-Very quiet atmosphere
-They offer SWEET tea!!
-Attentive waiter
-Tasty food
Cons:
-Very dim lighting (not a bad thing per say, but hard to see while reading the menu)
-Limited menu (again, not bad, just hoped the lunch menu had more choices)
Food: I ordered a french dip with Swiss, and subbed fries for O-rings. The O-rings were perfectly fried, the beef was good and the cheese was slightly melted just right. the bread was a little thick and I wish it would have been toasted, and buttered, but it was good and held up to the au jus. The au jus had a nice smokey flavour, but it could have been warmed through a bit more. The tea was perfectly sweetened, and as someone who is a transplanted southern girl, this alone was enough to bring me back in.
Overall: It was a good and enjoyable dining experience and a great little spot to wait out traffic on hwy 2.
Parking: Parking is strange. Albeit plentiful, there are 2 handicap spots, and a lot of motorcycle parking spaces up front. All other vehicles have to maneuver the many potholes in the side lot, which is difficult in the rain.
I really liked Bubba’s. I’ve had my eye on it for a while and just never stopped, but I’m glad I did. The food was good and the people are super nice. The Boston cream lumpia was a special treat and worth a try. Had the chicken fried steak this time. That means I still need to try the ribeye and the burgers!
Great place for a beer or maybe just dinner. Karaoke on Fridays!

Went for taco night on Tuesday. (Kareoke starts @ 7) Great prices and the best bang for the buck.
Pork tacos are a must-try!! And don’t forget that bam bam sauce with crispitos!

Burgers were good and service was awesome.
Asked for no mayo add onions on my burger and over heard the server complain to the cook about my “frikken high maintenance order”. If you’re going to talk smack about about customers at least do it out of ear shot.
Also grilled onions should already be on your mushroom burger anyway.

We love this place! Our first time here and Sarah our waitress was so amazing. She made sure we got the full experience. The St. Luis style rib dinner was delicious, we can’t wait come come back and try something else. If your coming through here and your hungry make sure to stop and check it out.

Finished hiking Wallace and was lookin for something filling. The burger was amazing and a good portion, wasn’t a fan of the fries but thats just me. Inside was clean and spacious.

Breakfast is served only till noon. Luckily, we got there in time because the breakfast was DAMN GOOD! Chicken and waffles… YUM! Especially with the sticky chicky sauce. And OMG, if you love a good chicken fried steak, then Bubbas is a must! It is THE BEST! 💯
The best food around. It was amazing
Nice little bar and grill place. There is was live music when I went which added to the atmosphere of the place. Service was kind and prompt. I ordered the ribs which fell off the bone and tasted amazing. My son ordered wings but said the sauce was good but there was too much fat on the wings. Either way, I would definitely come back again

Staff will keep me coming back. Super friendly and attentive, despite long wait time (about 30 minutes for food) but considering there was a sign out front for “cooks needed”, everything was just as you’d expect. Food was great for a road house. Excellent size portions and you can tell they use good ingredients, for example they make their own Pattie’s from bulk ground beef. Seasoned and cooked just right. Good job, Bubbas

Stopped in for breakfast on our way to Gold Bar, service was quick The server was funny, the atmosphere was of a nice clean Roadhouse. if you get a chance give it a shot
The place is nice and cozy, food and drinks were good and when the bartender realized I was a single female she offered to walk me out and kept an eye on me until my ride arrived. Can’t believe how great the experience was, excited to go back again.
