Hands down the best Mexican food in Washington coming from a Southern California transplant. I’ve chased the experience of a good street taco since I left CA, and Maria’s delivers every time.
This is a required stop whenever we visit the Sultan Dropbox. Makes an otherwise messy chore something to look forward to, Tortas, Sopes, tacos(lengua), and burritos are all excellent. The kids love the loaded carne azada fries.
As someone who has tried many taco places in WA, this is the best by far. The perfect stop after a hike. The tortillas smell, feel and taste of homemade as everything else is. The meat is so soft and juicy, no chewy fat bits. The only criticism is that the beans could use some salt, which I just pour the salsa into it to enhance the flavor. Overall amazing. Very affordable.
Just tried the $10 “deluxe” carne asada burritos. It tasted pretty good, but there was very little meat. I know prices have gone up, but $10 for a carne asada burrito that has about as much meat in it as a single taco seems a little odd.
Guess we’ll stick to the tacos.
Lengua tacos were good and service is fast
Food was great but slightly small portions, service was inexperienced but learning. Need to have fully working bar with dedicated bartender. Will continue to support.
The burrito is huge! The service was fast and accurate. Very fresh and scrumptious meal at a great value. Will definitely be back!
Yall they have the best food ever I love there nachos so mutch and there prices are amazing there service is amazing I will definitely be going there more often
The BEST Mexican food in the area. HANDS DOWN!!!
Fast and good
I’ve eaten here twice. I had pozole the first time. Very good. I had their taco plate last night. 3 adobada tacos with rice and beans. Also very good. They aren’t busy yet because they are still new. Service is attentive. I would definitely say you should check them out.
Ordered the Asada fries, they weren’t really good the steak was ok didn’t have a great flavor and portion was really small there sauce was watery and the carnitas taco could use salt. Overall not impressed with there food but the cashier was nice
Love stopping by here!
They have an under s cover area to sit and eat now.
Good is always fresh and delicious!
Must try the asada fries!
Simply amazing tacos along with a great view. Friendly service, will be back again. Located conveniently in a gas station parking lot. No seating but plenty of room to stand and enjoy the views.
Yummy yummy yummy! Definitely gonna keep coming back!
Thank you
Delicious! Thanks!
Devoured them/inhaled them :p
Its a hot summer’s day, so we are venturing up to see the campgrounds for future upcoming vacation. Stopped in to get gas at Chevron and seen this establishment in the parking area nut to far from pumps.. I did not get the lady that served us name. She was kind and helped us quickly. We stood 3 in line but for a very short time. My Husband and I ordered 3 asada tacos with green sauce, and 2 orders of fries with ketchup.
The asada tacos were a perfect size filled with chunked small pieces beef (not hamburger) had a good flavor throughout. The green sauce was delicious and has a good bite to it. We used the green sauce on the fries instead of the ketchup. Our fries were nice and hot. Very tasty. The green sauce went great with the salt on the fries too. Thumbs up. Perfect establishment and location for leaving town. We will definitely be back as we travel East and back to Monroe.
Parking: The parking lot area had plenty of space as no maked spots. No need to be worried about seating as you would either go back to your vehicle or sit in a covered area behind the taco truck. People with disabilities or complications walking could or may have difficulties as it is a graveled lot.
