1. This place is amazing. Great food, great people. Only problem is machines are constantly broken and there was only 1 person on duty to fix them. Had to wait 5 minutes for a person to come through and fix a machine I just got a jackpot on and still did not receive the jackpot. Besides that everything was amazing. (I still got another jackpot, I’m just that good.)

2. The poor girl helping us couldn’t help us very well because she said she was overwhelmed. Not enough employees working. It was extremely loud and we had to Wait a while and convinced the manager to put the local football game on. But kids always have the best time. It was the grandkids birthday anyway.

   I’d give it a 5-star but some of the Machines malfunctioned on me or didn’t work and wasn’t closed off for everyone else so they don’t waste their credits.

   Other than that, very lively environment and I feel safe there.

6. Had a lot of fun the last 2 times we have gone. Drinks are good, even better with happy hour pricing. The games are a little run down, but enjoy the selection. Haven’t had food before, but our service for drinks is great, very friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back.

The service is usually great, this last time however we had to constantly re-ask for things, we were given an incorrect drink that was more expensive and still charged for it, and our waitress kept constantly asking us if we were ready for the check even after telling her multiple times that we were there to watch the game and would most likely continue to order drinks(which we did). It felt like we were being rushed Out and the place wasn’t even close to closing. The food is always delicious but are often inconsistent on flavor, size and surprisingly ingredients. For example we’ve ordered the voodoo pasta 3 or 4 times and this time there was about half the amount, less creamy sauce and an insane amount of hot sauce. The atmosphere is pretty consistent, it’s loud exciting and so much fun however games are constantly broken, this time around many games were out of order, none the less still fun! Definitely worth going!

8. Food wasn’t good, but better than I expected for the new years event for 2024. The staff was complete perfection. 👌🏼 Just corporate problems, as usual. That said, it was better than usual. I’d do it again if i had nothing better to do for the day (like this year), and I loved that I could take my kids but would expect another mid experience.

   Also, big lack of communication, at times. When does it end? We were never told, but the beginning was 4pm, and we were shuffled to clear out at 7pmish for a New Years event. It was a family thing, so I get it ending early, but legit, needed to have better communication — either at the website when we bought it, or at the event when we came in. I knew what food they would have out at the banquet before I bought the tickets for over $50 each. They could have easily communicated better.

   You could tell a lot of the adults were hoping for more. It was kinda boring, with only their typical games as entertainment, and they didn’t even tell us when their special “ginger ale toast” was, so our whole 8 person group missed it. We spent over $450, and it barely felt worth it. The low rating is more for the event, more so then the establishment or the people working there.

10. My daughter’s fries were hard as a rock. My salad was wilted and brown and my chicken bacon avocado sandwich was cold. Very displeased. The games was the best

11. It was excellent. Great customer service with food and drink. The boys had a blast playing games when celebrating a birthday.

12. First-time and was very pleased. We sat at the bar and the bar tender (forgot to get name but had big full beard) was very attentive refilling drinks as needed without having to ask!
    Will be back again!!

13. We attended a kids birthday party today and Amber and the team in room 3 were amazing. They literally dodged dozens of toddlers serving us individual drinks, making sure everyone had what they needed, and generally being calm, lovely humans amidst birthday party chaos. I truly hope they get recognition from the D&B – these are the types of employees that keep families coming back again and again. Ty team!!!!

    (Also, giving food 5 starts because even though it was nuggets, fries and hot sliders the team kept everything warm with clean plates the whole time – even provided to go boxes. 👌👌)

14. I just had my 7 year-old son’s birthday party at Dave & Buster’s in Auburn this evening and let me just tell you, they were amazing! The service was impeccable & the friendliness of the staff was a huge part of the reason all the kids had such a great time at our sons party, everyone had a great time, and I would highly recommend people to book birthday parties here.

19. Came in with my Japanese girlfriend was greeted by Neka had to repeat myself because she had earphones in. Tried to eat but they said she can’t eat in a certain area because she needs her passport because her ID is in Japanese. Asked Neka (still earphones in) for the manager Vincent. He came promptly. Said there was nothing he could do and promptly left. Neka still had the earphones in. I remember when ppl had to carry there passports everywhere. Wasn’t good. Shout out the VR guy he was awesome

21. Ignored from the moment my kids and I walked in the door by the person less than 2 feet from me at the counter. Then had to hunt down someone from the bar to order food for my kids and I. Food and bar services was Awesome however now the winners circle is not sure how to do their jobs. As most people who work here have been showing all day today. I have blown over $200 and the kids just want prizes. And yes I am still standing here waiting after nearly 5 mins….defiantly would rather takes my kids to Chuckie cheese than deal with these people EVERY AGAIN.

23. This place is the best if you want to spend money on your kids and feel like it’s not a rip off.
    Spent a $100 bucks on just games and we walked away with some good prizes too. So overall we had hours of fun and they got to pick some prizes. Can’t beat it. But don’t come here expecting the drinks at the bar to be amazing. It’s a kids place not a place to get drunk 😂
    The drinks were pricey and light. Which I’m ok with because if their were ALOT of drunks running around I wouldn’t come back. 👍
    Also food is mediocre. But again came here for the games and prizes which both were a hit and as a single father it’s a big win with the kids. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.
    PS it’s also a great first date too. Especially if you guys a pair of friendly competitors and you can always win your date a cute prize at the end. They love it. Im actually heading there today and plan to kick her butt in some games then win her a prize 😂 love it. Y’all need to open one up in Lacey though. For real

24. Food was good. Service didn’t exist! Got drinks after food and no napkins or water with a table of 6!! Should be negative stars!

Don’t order the 14 oz ribeye, came out cold, mashed potatoes were cold and asparagus was also cold, atmosphere was great, front of house manger named Vicente was absolutely ridiculous I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out cold and he tried to justify because I ordered that temperature it was going to come out cold in the middle mind you everything else on my plate was also cold. I was absolutely dumbfounded, being a chef myself and hearing his ridiculous explanation to add to it he said it was very expensive steak if I was sure to order the same temp, got another steak and the cook was medium-well. I guess you shouldn’t expect a decent steak from Dave and busters, mind you the price was $30.00. To add on he was rude, had attitude and sucks at being a manger he should get more schooling in the back of the house before considering to even be a manager, very unprofessional.

27. The food is rather mediocre and the service was spotty and slow. However I lost my 80s bred mind there. Celebrated a bay and had a blast. Will come back for the games and skip the food.

28. Went out for a little fun for my birthday. The bartenders were friendly and made us some amazingly tasty drinks! The atmosphere was light, there weren’t a lot of people out on a Tuesday night so we got to make our rounds. I’d come back just for those drinks and appetizers!

31. We had a party of 15 come for a 10 year old’s birthday. We ordered so-called Pizza and it was raw/uncooked in the center. The service was great I feel very sorry for these overworked employees. I could not fathom having to work in an environment like this where it’s constant blaring horns and sirens and Noise. I pray I never have to come back.

34. Usually when I’m disappointed I just put my head down and move on. Not this time unfortunately.
    I was served raw food . Bloated my stomach immediately. I realized Pizza they serve me was served on completely raw dough … its 7:30 am the following day and I am SICK have spent more time in the bathroom than in my bed the last 7 hours since i have been home . I didn’t want to make a stink about it last night because me and my husband drove over an hour to be there and wanted to get some games in . Unfortunately that was short lived we did end up leaving around 11 . Over half the games were broken or steeling our tickets so we had to wait for the service workers over and over to come and refund tickets on broken games . The axe throwing game was the main game i loved and it looks like it hasn’t been plugged in , in months !!!
    The manager claims they are trying out a new “actual dough recipe ” for their FLATBREAD PIZZA ?!?! NOT OKAY!!! also when someone pays $14.50 for a drink and you don’t have all the ingredients to make that drink that’s something that should be told before they get served the drink…. overall this experience was a bust and I don’t think we will be returning.
    I was given a name to call and ask for and told I would get a refund for my food when I did . That never happened . They offered me game tickets instead . Still haven’t got the tickets either .
    And to just wrap this up , only 1 toilet in in the girls bathroom worked. The rest were all plugged up with POOP !! My man refuses to take me back there. Try round one instead. I am so disappointed . There isn’t much to do in washinton state in the winter time and this used to be an awesome spot. Hopefully they get it figured out.

35. Don’t go here for the food, for the price go somewhere else in the mall for a bite to eat. As for the games and experience it’s amazing!

37. I really like their wings! It’s a great place for the kids to come and play. The gaming time can get pretty expensive, so be prepared for that.
    My favorite thing about this place is the service in the restaurant. If I could have provided 10 stars I would have. I was pleasantly shocked to have such good service in this environment…I called the manager over to tell him how awesome his team was.

38. The food isn’t great but the wings were tasty. The service is good overall. Very friendly and professional. Especially the security, those guys are awesome and good at their job.

    It’s a fun place to go hang out. I felt safe and never had any issues. Good game selection and parking. I recommend checking it out.

39. I ordered 2 strawberry lemonade for myself and 11 year old son. We each took 1 sip and that was it. You couldn’t even tell it was lemonade. It was thick full of some sugary puree. The food was disgusting. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, the meat tasted terrible, I didn’t even eat 1/4. My son ordered chicken strips. There was almost no chicken in them at all. It was 90% breading. I will never eat there again. We will stop elsewhere before we play. The waitress was wonderful.

44. Extremely disappointed with our food, we came to have dinner and play like usual. We know it’s Dave and busters not a steak restaurant but two of my daughters wanted steaks and ordered their ribeye medium rare, After we ordered and waited a while the manager comes to tell us they just ran out of mashed potatoes that the girls ordered to go with there steak. Girls were super bummed but we understood it’s a busy night it happens and they really wanted steak so chose fries. When the food came it was well well done that it tasted like charcoal (completely burnt tasting). One of my daughters pretended to like it because she was hungry after waiting a bit for the food and felt bad complaining so didn’t end up really eating her dinner. My other daughter couldn’t even swallow hers so we told our waiter who then said my manager would take care of you. He came sad let me take your plate and get u a new one. We all smiled and we’re grateful we understand cooks are working hard it’s a mistake that can happen. Her steak doesn’t get out as priority it comes when we are all about done with our food which we’re like okay let’s be u dee standing but it also came the size of Japanese teriyaki (sooo thin) it was so thin it would be impossible to be medium rare. At this point my daughters like whatever I’m just eating it. The check comes and there is NO discount compensation not even a 5% not even one ounce of I give a damn. These people bent with us let’s take care of them. Each steak is 29.99 it’s not expensive but enough to where is shouldn’t have been that bad. We payed our bill without complaining and gave a normal tip because we wouldn’t not the staff works hard. I am writing to let people know good isn’t it and no one cares to make sure your satisfied. The manager didn’t even bring it out himself or check to see if we were good. Very disappointed! Poor customer service. We will never eat and play again, my husband and I got burgers that were burnt as well. We understand things happen but it was just too much with lack of caring. Our waiter was nice, busy but nice. They had fun playing games as well the place was well taken care of and we enjoyed our time.

45. I like the food here and usually receive good portions. Wait staff has always been friendly and caring. I had the shrooms burger. It was good. The bar is stocked with typical liquors and has alot of TV’s if you’re trying to keep up on a game

    The gaming experience can be a crap shot as often times there is more than one machine malfunctioning. It’s a hassle to find an attendant. They’ve brought in some newer games which has been a nice change. My kids always like the variety in the prize redemption area.

Super fun atmosphere….food is subpar, been back multiple times and the service continuously gets worse, the food even worse somehow and it’s almost like they gave up trying to make this a place of entertainment. If you go to the bar, just know you won’t be acknowledged for at least 20 minutes and it’ll be another 10-15 before your drink comes, and that’s when they aren’t busy.

Fun playing all the different games we had reservations and another restaurant that totally screwed up!
