1. Best local tavern and bar food in Federal Way. Casual atmosphere is good when you want solid comfort food. Service is good but not super fast- don’t come in a hurry- but know you will leave satisfied.

2. Ate here with family after kid’s soccer match. Just looked on google maps for good breakfast and this place didn’t disappoint. Unassuming family-friendly sports bar. Friendly staff. Place was about half full at noon on a Saturday and I think they only had 1 or 2 servers but the wait times weren’t bad. Friendly staff. Kids enjoyed their kids menu selections of beef sliders and the other with French toast. I had the bison sausage skillet which was good. The hash browns which were in contact with the skillet were a little burnt but it was still tasty. Prices are very reasonable. Others at the table had omelettes which they enjoyed and the monte cristo sandwich looked good as well.

   Will be returning to try other dishes. Great customer service as well. Kid ordered the beef sliders plain and it ended up coming with cheese and they quickly made it right for her.

   Looking forward to our next meal here and if this spot is representative of the others in this ownership, the time out ale house is probably another good option.

5. Wow! I was very pleased. Haven’t been here in years. Hubby and I went last night for dinner and were really very impressed with the food and service. Actually, sorry no photos this time as the food was so yummy we gobbled b4 I remembered to take pics. Hubby had the bacon wrapped meatloaf with mashed potatoes . It was tasty. I did try several bites!👍😋😊 Oh and!!!!! Real mashed potatoes! I had the grilled bacon ranch sandwich and that was fantastic! I also had their steak chili and was just blown away! Service was friendly and attentive. Hot day and we were drinking both waters and diet coke. Never were our glasses empty. The reason for the 4 and not 5 on the atmosphere is one has to remember that this is a tavern with all the flamboyant sports fans, etc. And!!! The Kraken were playing in the Stanley Cup Play Offs. I get it. I’m a fan too. But, not a quiet place with your favorite corner table to talk. All that being said thinking that this is going on our regular rotation! Thanks all for the great food and service!👍😋 😊

7. We have a coworker named JP who lives/works in Gig Harbor and the Federal Way spot is halfway between our office in Bellevue so that’s how we stumbl d upon them. We meet there occasionally for happy hour meetings with him or nearby clients.
   The wait staff are awesome in this family &owned business.. The house brewed beer is spectacular, as are the appetizers. Clientele are neighborhood folks and blue collar workers.There are lots of tvs placed around which are visible from every seat and there’s a pool table and you can play darts.
   Loved the whole experience.

8. I went here pretty often, the food is AWESOME, has games, the staff is friendly. It’s dark which I am not a huge fan of and sometimes the music is too loud but aside from that one of the best neighborhood spots in Federal Way.

9. O MG if you have got to try this place!! The staff is engaging, friendly and efficient. The food is divine!! I highly recommend the flat bread pizza, wings and most importantly the Rueben sliders!! You will not be disappointed!

11. Super good food. The waitress was super nice and understood our parents were waiting for us and didn’t bother them alot. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area.

13. Would have given food 5 stars but my French toast wasn’t cook throughout and was soggy. But the garlic fries were a 10… so good. Next time I’ll be ordering the steak

15. I ordered pork tacos and got beef tacos. Also, we were playing pulltabs and the gentleman behind the bar helped all the regulars before he acknowledged us at all!

    So Good! I have to admit, first time getting this and was not disappointed. Pretty much everything I have ordered from Jp’s had been exceptionally good!
    If you want a burger but burnt out on beef, try this instead 😋

23. The Food is great the waitresses rock it’s low key with two pool tables and dart boards. Great little neighborhood spot totally a mellow place to kick it .
