It took us 45 minutes to get our food, when we finished our drinks we never got refills. Our server wasn’t seen the entire 45 minute wait. When we got our food we didn’t get napkins or silverware and the server never really showed again. When she did I asked for water and never got it. Also there was a fly in my soda. We had two hungry babies and we were quite annoyed at our experience. The food was decent but we could tell it was sitting awhile before making it to our table.
While I enjoy many things to eat here, it is just getting a little old and tired. The interiors of these restaurants are a little rough and outdated. The server was awkward and made us feel very awkward. Food was alright.
It has been a while since we visited Red Robin. This was a great lunch visit. Everything was fresh and hot! Service was awesome. Thank you!
When I arrived to the parking lot I noticed trash scattered about. When I walked inside the restaurant, I noticed trash scattered about. The restroom was a mess too… at least my server is nice.
Food was a you expect from RR. Delicious burgers, good fries. I did a lettuce wrap on a burger, and it was great.
The staff here was a different matter. When the food arrived, they had missed a request, but it was corrected quickly, we ordered the fries refill but it didn’t arrive until all after we had finished the meal. The wait staff started closing our section just after the food arrived and complained about being “close to their 30 hours”, not something that should be aired to customers. As we sat there dining, out of fries, surrounded by tables with chairs on top of them.
Mind you, this was at 8pm in a Monday. Nowhere near closing time.

We were told 10-15 min wait , ended up being 35+ minutes and I waited at the front for over 5 minutes for someone to come to the front , they never did, so we just left. The Door Dash person waited over 10 minutes before even being helped and they were the only one standing there. I understand the lack of people working so I’m trying to be compassionate. But I RECOMMEND (!!!) at least putting up a sign “thank you for your understanding, we are short staffed and appreciate your patience during this time, we are trying our best” – SOMETHING!!!! Not leave the front unattended for 15 minutes.

It was alright. The food was alright. Service suffered because it was busy. It seemed like they were understaffed.
Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers
Kid-friendliness: There are balloons, you just have to get one before they run out.
Wheelchair accessibility: There were clear open walk ways to be able to get where you need to go. As well as a bathroom stall that allows for more room.
My father in law ordered a salad and when he asked for a fork they told him they couldn’t find one. It took them over 20 minutes to find him a fork. It was the strangest restaurant experience of my life.
BEWARE – smash and grabs happening in these parking lots. I parked directly across from entrance and went inside to pick up an order and ended up waiting 5 minutes for my order then another 5 mins for easily distracted front guy to grab plastic fork and when I came out my rear window was smashed and items stolen from my car. I wouldn’t park in this parking lot after dark ever again. BEWARE. They were obviously waiting and watching for people to go in then quickly smashing and grabbing.
Red Robin never disappoints! I have tried nearly all the burgers and drinks from this chain and have never been unsatisfied with my decision, meaning they not only have a wide variety, but all choices are great.
The price to portion ratio is great, especially considering most sides are endless, and your main course will certainly be enough. Superb service. This location is no different, would recommend.

The fries were not up to their regular quality. They were not hot, were mushy and they appear to have reduced the size of an order.

This Red Robin is gross! The food took forever and is not as flavorful as other RR’s. The service was awful! We asked for a refill on the salad and the server said, “What was the one I brought you not big enough?” Um, last I checked free refills come with sides. Drinks weren’t served as wanted and fries never came. Federal Way RR has way better service!
The staff was very responsive and quick with their service. The waiter was funny, which made the atmosphere more pleasant.

One of my favorite restaurants. The food has a wide selection that caters to my family who can’t have meat and can’t have gluten due to allergies and se sitivities. Once told about an allergy they take it seriously making a much safer and better experience
Place really smelled like old flooded old house…burger average
Unfortunately, this place is a regular for us, but getting changed for food we didn’t get is not a good feeling. And the teamwork there was almost noon existent.
I had a really good time.
Especially in the bar.
Bartender, she was awesome.
When you go to this Red Robin going there with somebody that you want to do any time with. Can you dig it
We came in on weekend afternoon, it was not busy. The first thing we noticed was the smell, it smelt like a mix between a locker room and a swimming pool. We were sat in a booth toward the back. The smell intensified in the carpeted area. Looking around, the tables were all dirty – straw wrappers, fingerprints and food all over the clear dividers between the tables.
Our server looked miserable, as did the rest of the staff. Nobody smiling, nobody interacting with each other. It was not a welcoming environment.
We ended up leaving. The smell was just too overwhelming. It didn’t used to be like this. This was our first visit here in a few years – will not come back.
I’m assuming they’re understaffed. Very rush rush rush as we were waiting for our pick-up order. Took 35 min or so before it was ready (I called 10 minutes ahead to order, so 45 min total). We waited in the lobby & staff seemed inexperienced & unprofessional overall.
The food was good. Classic red robin.
Long wait for service and food. Food was cold when we received it. Our waitress was very apologetic and nice.
Very unimpressed with all my over all experience tonight. Is there such a thing as customer service anymore? Nobody even spoke to us for the first 10 minutes we sat in the bar . We got no sauces we actually ordered with our food . Even when we asked a second time nothing . Considering that you have expiditers on staff . Your servers should have plenty of time to attend to the 15 tables and one rail with 5 employees in the bar. Dump the computers and get some class . You can get better service at Wendy’s. I served and bartended for 10 years with no expiditers ever. And maintain an entire section alone. Absolutely zero excuses for such horrible service in a chain restaurant. If there was 0 stars that’s what this establishment deserves.
The Donatos pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Pepperoni is crispy too. They have excellent burgers too. The clucks and fries is a favorite of mine too. Also you can’t beat bottomless fries.
We enjoyed a delicious meal. Our server Liz took great care of us and was especially kind to our grandson.
The gal working the bar today was blah. We ordered. Got drinks. When food came home was completely the wrong salad. She never looked our way so I went to the bar with my salad. Showed her and refreshed her memory. My correct salad come out deferent but still wrong. Oh well….eating it. Half way through a 3rd salad came out correct🤦♀️ she never came back to ask how anything was or offer more drinks.
The guy at the door found it annoying we were a out of town party of 6 at 7pm when they were not busy at all. Our server was great and very apologetic however our food took almost a hour to get but when we did get it, it was good
To go order wasn’t done by pick up time, yet food was cold. Parking is a nightmare

We got sat down and waited about 30 mins at the table. No one came to take our order or anything. Then a family sat next to us and the server came over within 5 minutes and took there order and ignored us. So we got up and left. I feel it was because we were hispanic and they were white.
Place smells musty. A couple of waiters with good service. Food is hit and miss. Fries come under cooked
Service at table was good but forgot part of order and didn’t get food until I was walking out. It’s Red Robin. We go here for the kids.
The last time I went I was not impressed with the service. I went a couple days ago with my dad and was pleasantly surprised when the server did a perfect job. I have changed my original review from four years ago up to a 5. Well done. Hopefully I won’t have to change it again. 😀
My food was microwaved and it tasted horrible I ordered the bbq chicken and it was so bad and then I ordered Cesar salad and the chicken was bland and dry
Don’t get the Loaded Fry’s wast of money there were maybe 15 Burt ends the size of your baby finger nail – > and tiny bit of ranch dressing and barbecue sauce on it (seriously no joke)
My family and I had a great time at this Red Robin! Our server was super friendly and very laid back, the food and drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was the usual family-friendly Red Robin vibes.
My only complaint was that when my kiddo needed to go potty, the latch on the stall in the men’s room was busted and didn’t properly lock. So I just stood at the door and held it closed while my daughter did her thing.
Donato’s Pizza! Was craving a heavy pepperoni thin crust and this hit the spot!
Waitress was very slow. We ordered 3 appetizer and the Waitress did not bring plates for us to share
We had to ask for more drinks. Very disappointed in the service.
Let me start with the smell, smells like McDonald’s playground, hostess looked like he hate his job, table was sticky, ripped chairs, server was not clean, so I couldn’t imagine how the kitchen would be. I didn’t feel like eating there, so we just walk out.

We went in just after 7 for a last minute family dinner after a tball game and our experience was awful. It started with a late greeting at the door, followed by an unfriendly clearly annoyed employee that sat us. Followed by us just sitting and waiting for at least 7 min for anyone to acknowledge that we even sat down, followed by 3 baskets of fries. Took another 5 minutes just for waters. You might be thinking it was busy, wrong! Not busy and when we tried to stop someone to ask for napkins he flat out ignored us or maybe he couldn’t see us over his curly mop on his head that was covering his eyes. The food was awful, the broccoli was so old and so gross with brown spots all over it, the fries were overly salted, and my salad had literally no flavor, the tomatoes tasted like they had some kind of solution on them to stay fresh. No one bothered to ask if the food was good or if we needed anything, no one apologized for giving bad service, basically we felt we were an inconvenience. It’s rare for us to go out to eat and when we do we wanna feel good about it and sadly red Robin left me feeling like I’ll never go back there, it’s sad because red Robin used to be good and a fun place to go, it’s now just as crappy as Applebee’s and Dennys.

Ordered 2 BLT’s on a croissant. Croissant was cold, like right out of the frig. One piece of bacon on each sandwich. Fries were cold as will.
The place was dirty including the bathroom!
Will NEVER go back!
Service began okay but quickly declined as more patrons arrived for the dinner crowd; missing items such as napkins, ordered sauces, and bottomless sides were offered but never brought by wait staff. Additionally, a relish was put on a burger that was not supposed to, and by the time wait staff came to check in, the food was starting to get cold as we had waited so long to confirm our food was safe to eat concerning allergens. Overall disappointed, hopefully improvements can be made for future visits.
The server Sean was great, fast, and very attentive! We were pleased to learn their crispy onion straws can be chosen as a bottomless side! The prices are still pretty reasonable too. The atmosphere is great for families or visiting with a friend. It’s highly recommended!
I have been going there, for 20yrs, great, store. Bonney Lake not so good.
I grew up loving Red Robin. It’s hard to believe now, but in the late 80s early 90s it was hard to find a better burger. Now it’s hard to get food to your table. Even if it’s slow. The last visit was over an hour long at lunch time. 2 at our table and maybe 10 other people in the whole place.
Also can we talk atmosphere… Please update this place. If I didn’t have kids that love bottomless fries I would never come back. And yes, despite disappointing and slow service and a subpar meal yet again my kids still want the fries. So I will be back and disappointed. 😞
Food and service was very good. The downside was that the restaurant needs to be cleaned better. The windows, blinds, etc. were very dirty.
I just love this location! Red Robbin food is always good but the staff at the Outlet Mall location is top notch. I had a big take-out order recently and they were so fast, helpful, and professional. Ty, the host, was especially helpful. So grateful for this crew! 🙂
Request a table, not a booth and Request was ignored by booth the hostess and waiter. I am not a small man so the dining experience less than pleasant. Not sure if I’ll be back
Didn’t realize my beverage would come half empty. Or that I would be told 4 times now that I’ll be back with your fries.
Food is bad , Dirty here and stinks . Very old . Food quality isn’t the same anymore . This place down graded big time
Chicken sandwich was good and filling
This is my favorite location. They’re always nice and attentive. Food is always good. We come at least once a month.
Ordered food for pickup got home and it burger and fries were under cooked fries didn’t even have a crisp to them , one would think that orders to go would be done right the first time I will not be going to this location any more this is not the first time they screwed up .

Red Robin once again put out great food and drink. Server was good, but they seemed to be a little stretched so he had his hands full. Food was great. Atmosphere was good and clean.

Used to like Red Robin. The food quality just hasn’t been great for a few years. Often errors with online orders.
Great food, great service, waiter is top notch hands down did an amazing job and always kept the fries on the table from the minute we ordered amazing experience drinks were filled and we were checked on often. Can’t ask from a better experience!!!
The food was great, as always. I think our service was good, but I don’t recall, so will assume a 5. The atmosphere was pleasant and roomy–much more comfortable than the RR where I usually eat.
