It’s a no for me. Friendly staff, food is very flavorless.
I ordered the standard street taco’s as I typically do to test the quality of a new restuarant, but was sorely dissappointed… The carne asada tacos had more beans in them than actual meat which I found strange since I have never seen that in the thousands of street tacos I have eaten over my lifetime. They were also very expensive (about $10.50+ $1.50 tip for 3) and apparently didn’t come with any small salsa cups which is usually expected… I rarely post negative reviews and I will say that the people were very kind, but I do not reccommend wasting your hard earned money on these tacos! It is possible that they have better specialy options, but if you can’t make a decent simple street taco I have my doubts…
We have loves this place for years, before and through covid. Small and quaint and authentic with a friendly staff, and always always delicious!!
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BURLINGTON. The owner was so rude and pushy. Was not polite and talked bad about me thinking I didn’t know spanish.
Great spot with good options, the tongue, beef, and chicken tacos were great! “All the food is made from scratch using authentic Mexican recipes.”
Best Mexican food I’ve had in the PNW and I live in the Seattle area. Will definitely make the drive up here to come back for this restaurant. Staff is also super friendly and nice! Great find.
Really friendly people! Food is delicious!
This place has become a regular of ours. I always judge Mexican places by their Chile Colorado which is excellent and my wife had that tonight. I branched out and had the Chile Relleno this evening, overstuffed with cheese, a light egg batter and mild red sauce. Our son had the Steak Picado which was wildly spicy but good (watch out for the ship dish too).
Food is great, you got a a big menu to choose something great. It’ll make you go back to try each item. If your looking to dine in, its a little small but still plenty of space. All the workers are amazing, great people
Yumminess!!!
Service was terrific but the food was the worst I have eaten in an authentic style Mexican restaurant. Maybe it is just the steak fajitas as this restaurant came highly recommened but I just couldn’t choke it down. NoT Impressed!
This little place is so good and the staff is really friendly! Drinks were great. Pollo Ala Crema was the best I ever had!!
First visit, Taco Salad pretty good, my wife had the soft shell Chicken Taco. She said it was great. She’s ready to return and try out one of the meals.
This place is incredible. Food is great and the atmosphere/service is unmatched. Would be here every night if I lived here and wasn’t just passing through
These “wet” burritos changed my life. The food is fresh, the people are nice and the place is unique. Great experience overall.
The best Mexican food ever. Really authentic and wonderfully tasty. Highly recommended
One of the best restaurants in Skagit, in both food quality and service
One of the best burritos I’ve ever had. The Chile verde wet burrito is incredible! Service was amazing. Owners were very attentive and kind.
Food was fresh. Service was fast. establishment was Clean. the staff are super friendly. My wife’s burrito was great and the shrimp al a diabla was fantastic. Would recommend
Over priced and poor service. Will not return. The taco are almost double price to nearby popular Mexico independent joint. On top of that each tech they charge $0.30 for ordinary taco sauce that all taco shop throw in complimentary. Service was very poor. Inside condition is poor. It sure how the review is so high. I suspect family and friend illegitimate reviews. Will not return. Stay away.
Good spot for a tasty burrito. Spicy homemade salsa
4 stars are ONLY because the food was delicious. As far as pricing, oh my goodness. Stay away from any of the dinner plates!! Super burrito for $11.00 was semi reasonable but $19.00 for Chile Verde… only if it comes with a rub and tug!
Great place to stop by quickly for some delicious eats! The service is fast. Very authentic Mexican dishes, prices are pretty good and the service is great! Super welcoming and friendly.
Burritos the size of my big hands! I love how many vegetarian options they offer! This place is the real deal 🔥 their menu is extensive, authentic, and fresh. The sweet gals working always hook it up and greet me so warmly. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for food, the restaurant is clean and tidy, and there’s always parking. This place is an absolute gem and SO underrated!
Not the best Mexican food I have had and it is not worth it for the price you pay. I would recommend other places.
Absolutely delicious!
I got 3 tacos (chicken, steak, and carnitas) and the quesadilla. My fiancé got a chicken burrito and a quesadilla also. Seriously recommend this place 😍
I’ve been to this place a few times and each time I have had a good experience. Super quick, nice staff and good food!
I loved the Chile Relleno, the chips and salsa, the beans, the corn tortillas. My husband loved his Wet Burrito (carnitas). We’re so glad we stopped on our trip through town. We’ll be looking for an excuse to drive the 2.5 hours to come back again.
One of the best burritos in the valley. Been going here since I was a kid. Great people, great food. Get the wet chile colorado or verde burritos.
I ordered 5 tacos expecting to be small and when I got them I was impressed. Each taco comes with 2 tortillas so you can easily make 2 tacos. Their chunky salsa with chips is amazingly good! If you want some authentic Mexican tacos, this is the place.
Food was just ok but very expensive and the parking was terrible.
On a corner at a four way – a home run! Inside is nothing fancy or even a bit special but the food is FANTASTIC! Got the flautas and possibly the best I’ve ever eaten. They even have original bottle coke from Mexico. My business partner, from Mexico, got the traditional soft tacos and also raved about the quality and taste! You order at the counter and they bring it to the table. A little more expensive than one would expect but well worth it! Highly recommend if in town! 5 stars!
3 weeks ago it was good services, This time it was not the same cook or sever. Was very disappointed. Food was luke warm, cook just toss it up on plate, very disappointed.
Love the Colorado Burrito here, owners are super nice and food is very fresh and consistent quality. We eat here twice a month and have never been dissapointed😀
Authentic Mexican food.
