The reuben sandwich was awesome and the drinks are great too.
they changed the fish batter and its too airy for my taste. I liked the old recipe better. Might be the difference between breaded and battered.
Really good Irish pasty.
Excellent food!
Yummy lunch spot.
Yesterday, I visited McCracken’s for my birthday lunch! I’ve been here several times before when it was O’Doherty’s and was pleasantly surprised to find it felt even more local and friendly than before!! Around me, people knew the owner’s name and chatted with him in such a cordial manner. Great vibe! The food was very good too and the McCracken himself seemed to be handling everything! My husband and I plan to return together soon, as I raved about it to him.
This is my favorite Friday night haunt. Nice laid-back pub atmosphere with retro music and TVs. Best bangers & mash and buffalo wings in the area and never pass on the peanut slaw. I brought friends here from out of town and they loved it.
Delicious food, And an Authentic Irish pub, love it there!
Awesome BBQ!
Always good food and service
The Pub has a varied menu and there are many good choices. I love their fish and chips. On my latest visit, I ordered the brisket platter and found it to be quite pedestrian. The salad was wonderful and the cornbread was quite good. Perhaps my expectation for the brisket was set too high, but I was hoping to be blown away and I just wasn’t. Everything else about McrCraken’s was spectacular. The live music was an extra bonus. I would give them a higher rating if I could, but it just wasn’t quite five stars. I will be going back.
The food was excellent the service was excellent
Family friendly, great food, good beers, friendly staff. Perfectly cooked steak.
Food was sub par. Limited beer selection
Big mistake ordering the fish and chips. As I picked up piece of greasy fish with soggy batter on the outside and it completely separates leaving me holding nothing but grease battered crust, fish is on the plate. I would have given 1 star but everything else I’ve ever eaten there was really really good.
Great little spot. My partner is English and she has been craving fish and chips since we’ve moved to Spokane and everything she’s had has been disappointing. McCrackens has great fish and chips and hit the spot for her. Great pub atmosphere and isn’t the cookie cutter place that you find everywhere these days. It was a midweek lunch so was pretty quiet and just what we were looking for so can’t speak to what a busy weekend night might be like.
We went for breakfast. They open at 9:00 and my scrambled omelette was great. My friends pancakes looked yummy, nice size & thick. My husband had the corned beef breakfast & said it was good. Service was friendly but minimal, I think 1 server but they just opened.
Amazing food! My only complaint is that I have difficulty choosing…I want to try it all.
We love McCracken. Go about once a week. Food is awesome and service is really good. Prices are pretty fair. Beef stew is amazing with the cornbread.
Fantastic service!!
Irish food is great, really good fish and chips. Clam chowder on Friday is very good. Also they have yep smoked brisket, and ribs. All very good. Just a great place.
Had the fish and chips and it was very yummy! Will be back for certain!
Literally the best Rueben I have ever had! Service was impeccable I went during St Pattie’s I met the owner Mr. McCracken he was working his butt off running around and doing good work. Go give this man your time and money!!
