Been going here since 1976. Best Canadien bacon pizza around, add onions and green peppers and I was a happy woman.
Took 2.25 hours for cold old oily pizza. Our cheese was a solid piece not melty and stretchy. Not enough sauce and not pre-cheesed so all toppings slide off if not held onto, which was hard with all the oil on it. $4 delivery was the best part.

This place brought back so many memories. Walking in the smell of fresh dough is pleasant and instills confidence that the quality of the pizza will exceed expectations. I wasn’t wrong. Seeing the stone ovens took me back to ones of my first Jonas working at a Mom and Pop Pizza joint in early college. I knew between the scent when walking in, and seeing those beautiful ovens, this place was going to be special. Again, correct. My only critique would be the salty shrimp taking away from the pizza I ordered and promptly consumed. On my permanent list for pizza in the area! If you are visiting or have visitors coming, great place, great location, great pizza!
Great food, and family friendly environment on one side, with a cool bar (same food) on the other.
Reccomend “The Village Idiot”, add extra sauce, jalapeños, and feta.

Always a great place to get a pizza or hot sandwich when we’re in town.
We had three hungry guys with the appetite of Sasquatch and a nice meat pizza really hit the spot. There’s a room you can rent for parties upstairs. The restrooms were clean, but they are shared with the bar next door, so there was a wait. It’s a different style of crust than your take out joints, A little more substance to it.

100% the best pizza in Anacortes. Not a chain. This gem is privately owned and operated. Located in the historic downtown, Village Pizza is great for families and the connected Wheel House tavern is a locals after work fav. Everything on their menu is homemade, fresh, and tasty – including the yummy pizza sauces and hand tossed crusts!
I love eating at the Wheelhouse. Great lunch specials! Lunch comes out hot, delicious and fast. Always consistent and the beer is always cold! Highly recommend for lunch or dinner!
Service not very friendly. Took 30 mins to make a meatball sub. Food and atmosphere we’re fine though. Wouldn’t go back.

This is a great, casual, dine-in pizza place. It reminds me of what “going out for pizza” was like as a kid. Solid (American) pizza made well with quality, fresh ingredients. We had cheese sticks for a starter (they are obviously made in-house by hand and are YUMMY) plus The Captain (pepperoni/sausage/mushroom) and a couple of beers. Everything was tasty. Comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The staff were all prompt, friendly, and courteous.
We’re looking forward to going back and trying more of their pizza!
Food was great! Had the “great balls of garlic” small calzone was huge! One of the bartenders forgot our drink order and spilled water over our left overs. Almost a 5

Great stop for an excellent pizza, salad, and calzone. Salads are large and hearty. The village idiot pizza is my favorite.
We’ve been coming to Wheelhouse since 2019 and they NEVER disappoint! We love the atmosphere, the amazing food and the friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and the helpings are large! The best wings and rootbeer in town!

Village Pizza has great food!! Has for years. But the people that work there (unfortunately, for the past few years) are definitely not what that place needs. For years, you would go in to Village and there would be acknowledgement, smiles, appreciation you’re there. These days….nothing. Very blah, couldn’t care less staff. If it wasn’t for the food and the place itself, I wouldn’t be going there.

Ordered a Captains pizza, cheese pizza, kids spaghetti, and jalapeño poppers. The food was okay, but nothing special. However, my family did enjoy the board games you could play while we waited for our food.

Very good place to eat if you willing to wait 30+ minutes I would have given a 5 star but unfortunately I waited almost and hour for food and got home and was missing one of my dinners they did comp the missing meal

First timers. Had the Great Balls of Garlic. OMG ( pizza dough in a trough of garlic/butter). Had the CBR pizza and Village Idiot
Both were very delicious. We shall be back once a month. Even if it’s a hour drive @ 5.65 a gallon for ⛽️.

My husband and I always get the Mediterranean pizza, always delicious. Staff is always friendly and love the outside seating!
I can get very sick from gluten and their gluten free pizza hasn’t ever bothered me; it appears they understand how to keep it safe. I worked there in the 1990s and it’s still as good.
Amazing food, with great portions and prices, along with an incredibly cozy atmosphere, makes this my preferred spot for pasta.
The lasagna specifically is absolutely fantastic. Come here if you want a genuinely pleasant experience.
Upon entering the establishment I noticed the cozy vibe and the employees were sliding tables apart as a large group was mozing out the door. Food came quickly and was delicious; had the French dip grinder and enjoyed every last bite. Would definitely recommend 👍

Our family loves eating here. The pizza and pasta is really good. We love their side salads – they have the best ranch and blue cheese dressings hands down.
If you order to go or pick up, make sure you add about 30+ minutes compared to the time it tells you online..they are always busy so just a warning. Being busy all the time is a great thing showing how much people like their food.
12/7/23 noon. First time here . The young lady with the dark hair phonytail that toke our take out order, had this irritated look on her face the whole time , it was hard to hear what she was saying and would get more irritated when you asked her to repeat it She never once smiled ! Not a good representation of your establishment. Loved the wings and the pizza !!!
Why would you go anywhere else for pizza and a to-die-for salad???
I’m a meat lover but I will tell you this I had a piece of their Mediterranean pizza vegetarian no meat and it was better than the combination very delicious
Eclectic decor and delicious pizza.
When we arrived we ordered our pizza and appetizers at counter. My 2.5 yr old grandson was with us. The restaurant had a large Christmas part group in their party room. The restaurant staff didn’t tell us it would take more than 1 hr to get our appetizers and pizza. Imagine a hungry and at that time tired 2.5 yr old by the time his food arrived. We would have chosen a different restaurant if the wait time was communicated.

The beat place in town for pizza and cocktails!! Love the great balls of garlic, the service staff is awsome. They make great Margarita.
What a great place! They have hand-tossed pizza, the staff is great, there’s a bar on the side completely obscured from the main dining area, and both areas have a great atmosphere. This was my first visit, but my girlfriend goes whenever she is in town.
My ONLY critique (and who knows, it could be a one-off, but since it was my first time it’s hard to say) was that the pizza sauce tasted particularly salty to me.
If it is homemade pizza sauce as well as dough, my suggestion to the establishment would be to be sure to measure precisely – customers CAN taste when the balance is off.
Other than that, I loved the place – and I would go again.
Oh, I forgot to say that my friend also said she eats there b/c they serve the salad with alfalfa (or clover) sprouts, which she loves. However, the salad had no sprouts on it this visit. She didn’t say anything to the staff (or ask about it), but I can say she was disappointed.
It was good, attended a children’s birthday party.
Seems This Restaraunt is designed for quick meet and eats before walks on the town just my opinion. (Anacortes is in construction so it’s probably not peak season yet.)
Our group just began hosting events such as this, if we had coordinated better we could have done better but for how busy at 2pm The place was it was better than anything I could have asked for.
If I was to suggest anything it would be for a basic walk through person to be available day of so I could have seen the area and known where to set up,
I myself intend on hosting future events here and will be reaching out to them.
Love the pizza. Travel from Bellingham for it.
This place has the best French Dip around! There Super Sub, salad and cheesy bread are made with great ingredients and delicious. The Wheelhouse always has plenty of good beers to choose from, ambience is perfect at this bar and the bartenders rock too.

Showed up with a large group. Did not phone ahead. Got flawless service and most excellent food. A job well done. Would recommend anyone go there
Quick serve restaurant. Staff not overly helpful. Had to ask for cutlery, napkins etc, all of which should have been brought to the table as they were behind the counter.
