4. Very tasty food – we got the California Breakfast Burrito, Birria Tacos, and the Dorado Tacos. All of it it was good – the Birria/Consomme was genuinely the best I’ve had.

   I ordered birria tacos, and I couldn’t get enough of some spice, without having the need to change my food, they still changed it for asada tacos.
   Delicious!
   Just like the burrito my wife ordered!
   I won’t hesitate to return!

7. New taco truck here in Bothell. Well worth the visit! Everything is hand made and the prices are very reasonable. They have a nice menu, we had the tortas but were able to chat with some other people who absolutely loved the other items on the menu. They have lots of Mexican drinks too. $10-15 per person.

   I’m new to the area and so far most of the “SUPER HIGH RATING CAN’T MISS LOCAL GEM!” places have been pretty disappointing to be honest. But this place is awesome.

   Food is delicious, great portions, service is quick and friendly and the prices are reasonable. Easily my favorite place so far.

    I had tacos pastor and asada, Mexican Coke and horchata. I will absolutely return next time I’m hungry and in the area.

12. Excellent taco truck / street food! Growing up in the Southwest, I have a special love for tacos and this place ticked the box.

    Had asada and pastor tacos and they were just right. Great cook on the meat, not too greasy, chewy or fatty. Bomb flavor. Pastor even had pineapple chunks! which hasn’t been my experience with other pastors in the area.
    I will definitely go back to check out the birria next.

    It’s easy to miss nestled in between the gas station but you can park in the lot behind if you miss the initial turn in.

13. Friendly service and delicious food! I had the Ranchero wet burrito, and was one of my favorite meals I’ve ever had. The sauce you pour over the burrito is AMAZING. Great prices! Will definitely be back for tacos soon!

14. The birria tacos are delicious, the burritos are too & they’re big, it will fill you up. I also tried their Mio burger, it was really good, I like everything I’ve tried. Would recommend, stop by if you’re in the area

15. Super delicious legit no frills street food. What’s not to love? The price is right (unlike other local trucks that I used to frequent, now too spendy), the service is fast and very friendly. They’re kinda tucked away behind the gas station (again: legit, haha). Te aviso, no duermas en esta comida. 😂

16. Food was amazing! The wife and I ordered the chorizo breakfast sammies and some Mexican soda’s. The cooking reminded me of my childhood in Florida!!! There is covered outdoor seating for 8 comfortably and the parking lot can hold 4-5 vehicles. All in all, a delicious little hole in the wall.

    Kid-friendliness: The owners are a husband and wife, very sweat people. The customers there while I were appeared as friendly diners.

    Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a parking lot. There is a curb boarding the parkin lot, but the parking area, serving area and seating area are all connected by flat pavement.

18. Great Taco truck in downtown Bothell in the same parking lot of the Shell Station next to Rite Aid. Don’t miss stopping here! The food is great, fresh, and reasonably priced. We are excited to come back and try more of the menu items!

    **We came back for the street tacos, and they did not disappoint! We tried the Lengua, Pollo, Pastor, Asadsa, and the Birria. I think my favorite was the pastor, but they are all delicious. They are a great addition to Bothell. Make sure you try them out.

19. We went and tried Mio’s based on the review on Bothell Eats Facebook group…awesome food, husband had the Quesadillas he loved them. I had the chicken street tacos which were great. I was still a little hungry so i got the Roti which had a scoop of ice cream and it was delicious. Fried bread with chocolate and leche sauce. They were super friendly too. Can’t wait to go back 😀

    We have gone back a dozen times, and have been happy every time. Tried the chicken burrito for the first time, AMAZING! The meat had the best seasoning, so flavorful and colorful, it had a tasty coleslaw.

    Breakfast burrito has been a weekend treat (breakfast and lunch) it’s huge, filled with eggs, sausage, potatoes, so good

21. This place is a hidden gem! The people who run and operate it are very kind. The menu is diverse and the food is well prepared, fresh and most importantly, delicious. Can’t wait to try more menu items!

25. Love the food and the people! Having lived in California for a decade before moving to Bothell and we were missing a good Mexican food place.
    Their food is so fresh and delicious but our favorite are their off-menu breakfast tacos which are *chefs kiss* (tortilla, cheese, fried egg, pico, potatoes, and meat of choice).
    We’ll be regulars as long as they’re here.

28. Super clean and open/ inviting truck. Fantastic food. Not greasy, great portions and cuts. Authentic street tacos, well rounded burritos and breakfast burritos. The passion and hard work from these people really shows through. I’ve been here several times and I’m gonna keep coming back for more.

31. I’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Mio’s. Everything is delicious, including homemade salsas. A new favorite for us adults and our three kids!

32. First, I want to call out the service. The good folks who work there really care about their customers and are really happy to serve them. It was our first time there today, and they really made sure we got what we wanted. There were other customers there who joked with them; they’re clearly part of the community.

    The food is amazing. We ordered the carne asada plate, a burrito bowl, and chicken tacos, and they all tasted superb with fresh ingredients.

    Highly recommended if you’re in the area.
